Poor follow up

"I called to get my tracking information, the customer agent said I would have an email shortly. I paid an exorbitant amount for expedited shipping (2-3 days). It is hours later and I do not have an update. Nor do I have confidence I will get my order in 2-3 days. Very disappointing and want my expedited shipping fee returned. "

Difficulty maneuvering

"I had difficulty maneuvering between products & screens. Also trying to figure out what each new accessory looked like. Needed more views showing the pockets & advantages of different bags for upwalkers. I still haven't found out the replacement pads or armrests for my up walker. Been thru the listing multiple times to the point my battery on phone needed chging."
