"Haband started going downhill when they stopped their credit card division. That was an excellent part of the company. Their sales were drawing older customers, especially me, and new customers. Now they have gone and hooked up with Blair, and they do not have any of the great pants they had. I ordered some pants to see if they fit as well as the other pants will; if they don't, I will not return to Blair again. I was a faithful shopper of Haband, and it is a shame what they did,"
"I'm surprised by the negative comments, complaining about shipping charges. It's not hidden. I'm aware of shipping costs so I'm confused why others are upset.
Haband has always had quality clothing and awesome sales. I take advantage of clearance sales and save a lot of money. Customer service has always been polite and helpful when I've called. I've exchanged items and it's been easy peasy. "
"I have purchased clothing from Haband. They used to be worth the price (affordability). The 'Hidden Elastic' jeans are noticeably thinner material & the hidden elastic does not work well. The 'snap-tastic' flannel shirts 'unsnap' during wear. Secondly, unlike almost all other online sellers these days, Haband makes you pay for returns regardless of whose at fault. Plus, they don't answer emails ever, forcing you to call "customer service" and speak to a person in another country who usually reads answers off a cheat sheet. (Robots)."

"Years ago Haband was pretty good, but not any longer. They have a clever little Scam going, it works like this.
You don't get what you ordered, you return it and they Whack you for a return label. From $9.99 to $12.99. Then they sell the item to another sucker and pull the same thing on them. Return or Exchange they hit you hard with these fees, I've lost a lot of money to them. They just got me for the very last time. I'll never buy from them again. They have terrible factories making their clothes. They are always sized wrong, and they know you will return them and make their money on the return fees,
I've had to send my last three orders back. I have nothing I ordered, they have over $32.00 in return fees. Their jeans are the worst, they will never fit you, believe me when I say their so called sizing is way off. I've had it with Haband. Years ago it wasn't like this. So this company must have either changed hands, or they decided to do mass advertising to send something they know you'll send back and sock it to you for the return label fee. Some item prices ending in 97 cents on price can't be returned and you are really screwed and stuck with something you can't wear or return. What a racket they have, it's actually criminal what they are doing. They should be shut down for fraud. "

"I recently ordered a pair of jeans and 2 tops. The jeans weren't as pictured and very poor quality of material, not jean material. Very flimsy and light weight. I returned items and sent an email stating I wanted a refund to my credit card and I didn't feel I should be charged for shipping but they turned around and charged $9.99 anyway plus I only got $50 something back loosing total of $20 something. It was a worthless transaction. Don't buy from them. My last purchase awhile back should have warned me but the pictures of the items looked so nice ! "Ordered a petite small dress, mu usual size in other stores. The dress was almost to my ankles. To return it they deducted 9.99 for shipping it back. Plus I am still waiting for my small refund as they say its not received when I sent the a copy of the tracking showing it was received on Jan 4th. They are dragging it out as long as they can and their replies to my emails are contradictory to their other replies. A real mess. First and last time I buy from them."
"I ordered a pair of mens pants in black with red stripe down sides with 28 inch inseam. I received a solid blue pair that were about 40 inch inseam. They could not have been more different than what I ordered. In order to get a refund, I had to pay return shipping on top of the original shipping charges. A nice scam to get double shipping without having to deliver any merchandise. Beware of doing business with this firm."
"3 weeks ago, I ordered 2 shirts from Haband. I've ordered from them many times in the past, and had no issues. When I placed the order, they said they were temporally out and would ship the product when they came in. No problem, I understand that. But, they shipped them to arrive Dec 23. I'm leaving town early Dec. 23 and won't return until the afternoon of Dec. 26, meaning the shipment will set on the porch unattended for 4 days. With half the country traveling for Christmas, you'd think they would call or email to confirm I would be home then but obviously, this required to much thought and consideration for Haband. "
