"What a miserable shopping experience with this company! I ordered from them because they had really low priced pants. First of all the sizing is just bizarre. Instead of regular sizes like 18/20 they go 36/38. I ordered one size lower than I usually get because I was getting looser fitting pants. The pants arrived very quickly but they were HUGE. I returned them and I did not get my exchanged items until a month later, and only then because I called about four times. I could not speak to anyone with decent english, everyone had a thick and confusing accent which made them unpleasant to speak with. I called because I did not realize they were not going to send my items out until I payed an extra charge for the return of the items. I made mention that it would have been nice if they mentioned it somewhere and they said it was on the orginal packing slip but I did not see it anywhere. I left two notes with two different service representatives to send out my pants even if some were on back order, and had to keep calling to get them sent out because they kept making the notes and conveniently loosing them. The entire shopping experience was diffcult and miserable, with extra hidden fees and HORRIBLE customer service. The customer service reps all sound like drones, repeating the same statements without any feeling or sincerity behind it. I finally got my pants back in the mail and they are about two sizes smaller than what I usually where. I also spoke with a Supervisor whom I complained to and she also sounded like a drone with an accent. She apologized but did not offer me anything like a discount and did not really seem to care at all about my complaints. If it wasn't for the cheap prices I would enourage anyone and everyone to never deal with this crappy company, EVER. You really get the feeling with this company that they really don't give two craps about you at all, even when you speak with the manager. Also the pants that are supposed to come in a petite length are almost 3 inches too long! Which means extra work for me, having to hem 10 pairs of pants :("

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Their shipping is terrible, but not as awful as their customer service!
It took 5 emails and 7 phone calls to receive a refund on shipping charges, after multiple Customer Service reps all provided a different version of their shipping policy.
Speaking to a manager is out of the question; never available or "on another line" - SHOCKING!!
Here are the facts:
Website states 2-3 days for FedEx Shipping
No mention of 2-3 business days "processing time" between when you place your order and when it ships.
Order arrived 6 business days after it was shipped. All email responses maintained the order arrive "right on time"; CS rep on the phone wanted to argue until I told her to transfer me to a manager; 2 minutes later, manager was not available to speak to me but authorized my refund, which should take 7-9 business days, so maybe by next Christmas!
Stay away; unless you really don't care when you receive your order, or do not plan to contact their customer service department.

"I wish I could rate Haband lower than 1 star. I have never seen a company with so many 1 star ratings, yet so well deserved. I haven't taken the time to read many of the reviews, but I wonder how many involved "at risk" individuals, like my parents, who don't even know what they're agreeing to, if in fact they did agree. My Dad especially since he is a WWII veteran, served his country well and is over 90 years old. Haband better have those recorded calls available. When I spoke with customer service myself, they didn't even know what "at risk" meant. I suggested they find out real quick and get back to me. I haven't heard back. "Just Terrible! Haband has been around forever, My Dad ordered from them for years and was always happy. I think he enjoyed the little "free" items the best.
Years later it is a different story. I should have known better but saw their "quilts" and really needed a replacement one for our RV. I ordered 2 with the matching shams. They arrived after a LOOONNNGG wait. Nicely packaged. I took them out to wash them first and realized they were incredibly THIN. Using them for what I intend I doubt they will last even one trip! (we use them to cover our upholstered bench seats) And the SHAMS that I paid an extra 20.00 for were simple thin pillowcases. Just junk. Just garbage. Never will order from them again."

I had 2 bad experiences out of 2 orders with Haband.
The first time I placed an order for a 4 piece kitchen mitt set which was out of stock and instead they sent " a replacement item" which was a hand towel. I did not want the towel and was told that THEY WOULD SEND A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL WHICH THEY NEVER DID. Unacceptable and I should have stopped there.
I placed another order which included a straw panama hat. They shipped the hat in a Mylar Envelope with no structural support at all !1 It was crushed beyond wear,.. it has not shape or firmness left in it. I just called the company and after waiting 20 minutes on hold ( yeah thats ALOT of complaints) I was told that the hat was crushable therefore could be mailed in an envelope but if I wanted to returned it I could do so again at my expense.
PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY ! YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO. THEY DONT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!"
"Haband has no concept of customer service I ordered several pair of pants and was told they were in stock. Now they sent me an email that part of my order shipped. That was almost two weeks ago and I still do not have my order. I sent an email to thier customer service nad now I am told that part of my order is backordered till Febuary. You don't ever get to talk to someone in charge to resolve problems."
"There is a Haband site that says click here for free shipping. It will show the date you order, so it is not expired. The order is completed and they bill you for shipping. I e mailed and they refunded my shipping cost.
Now I want to place another order and the same problem is happening. This time I e mailed saying I want confirmation in writing I won't pay shipping. Or give me a free shipping code? Customer service says they cannot give me the code, I have to have it?????? This is getting on my nerves and I will not be ordering from them any more. "

"Here is my experience with Haband, which is completely out of touch with their customers and with acceptable business practices.
I ordered one fleece jacket with buttons (she can't manage zippers) & one pair of slacks for my elderly mother for Christmas. I promptly received a confirmation e-mail for the one jacket and one pair of slacks along with a web reference number. Well, Haband sent THREE jackets and THREE pairs of slacks. Upon receipt, I e-mailed them and also called their listed toll-free customer service number. The latter never once worked. (Going through a host of options ("our options have changed") led either to the message that "We are not able to take your call at this time," or to a message directing you to a toll number if you needed to actually speak to someone rather than just choose recorded messages.) The first representative said I must have ordered incorrectly (I didn't) and would have to pay postage to return the two unneeded sets using their enclosed return label. I gave her my web reference number as proof that I had ordered correctly; she said they could not access that number & it would not prove anything at all. So, I promptly paid postage and sent them back to get my refund more quickly. Weeks later, the charges remain on my credit card account. I called again (at my expense of course), and was told "it will take several more weeks for us to actually receive the items & refund your credit card." Their response to the e-mail was just a form letter acknowledging my e-mail. Then Christmas day, it turned out the jacket had a ZIPPER--not buttons as was described and pictured online. I promptly returned that jacket, and again I e-mailed them, and NEVER received a response. Their website "Order & Tracking History link DOES NOT WORK. These items remain on my credit card. Worse, my mother is not doing well, and this may well have been my last Christmas with her."

"I have been shopping at this Company for years long before I had a Computer via Phone or sending in a mail order. The last several years this company has gone from a 10 to a -1. I throw away the mails they send me more often than not when they arrive, the free stuff is junk not working or falling apart.
I ordered several items and when I tried to complete the transaction on line it would not let me complete it. Not the first time this has happened, try for 2 years now. I had to call CS and place the order. I was informed that the one part was in stock and the other part of the order would be shipped within a week or two. I have received 2 emais now that the items are not available to high demand. This also has occured on every order I had placed within the last few years. They taut we ship FedEx, thats a joke. FedEx pick up the order and takes it to the USPS who then eventually ships it and delivers it. This Service stinks. Five to 10 days for something that is coming from no more than 40 miles from my house. I had taken advantahe of their free shipping offer by trying out a Service. When I followed all the instructions and sent the required proof it was refused. When calling their Order Department or CS they try to pressure you and I mean high pressure you into buying additional services. They wont take no for an answer until you finally say place my order or I will hang up and you can cancel it. I have 20 plus years of olde Credit Cards on file at the site and can't delete them. I now use google and try to find the same item at other stores. The quality of the merchabdise has also fallen, pants and underwear wear out or the rubber breaks after a few washings, holes in my Jeans after a few washes. This Company is rapidly heading to EXTINCTION with the Dinosaur. "
"I have been a customer since 2007 and bought quite a bit of different things. I even post a positive comment in epinion in 2008 with the same user name.
I will never buy anything from them again.
In the beginning it was good. Some of the material they use are quite good in my opinion. Workmanship, it depends on the products. I had run into a cloth that has a 3/4 cut right in the front. Collars that were located 1 or 2 inches off to the side. I kept all of them without bother calling up the customer service. I'd be paying more for the shipping anyway.
Worst part, you don't get to see until you deal with them for a while. It's the their privacy policy and poorly trained customer service. Customer service reps. are not there to help you but to make you convinced everything alright just by telling you so.
They published my full name without my consent then refused to take it down when I contact them. You can find a written privacy on their site but they don't think the name is a part of the privacy, I guess.
If you don't care about your name being used by them against your will and think it's worth for the price you pay, then it maybe a good decision. Otherwise, you'd want to stay away from them."
