"We received an advertisement from Haband for "FREE Express Shipping" on $39 or more with the code "Dasher". So we ordered 3 items using this code and through the order process it stated that the shipping would be removed on page 3, well it never was. I emailed Haband and never received an answer, I also called Haband and the customer service was VERY RUDE and when I asked to talk to a supervisor she said that "the supervisors are not taking any calls at this time". I asked what time I should call back and she said "oh, in an hour or so". DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

"I placed two orders a week ago online. It was stated to wait 1-2 business days for processing before checking for status updates. It has been a week now and still no shipment of my christmas decorations. I have had the same canned response from an overseas call center. I'm told the order is processing and it's too late to cancel or change to faster shipping. Today I was told the order is delayed because they are waiting on my credit card to finish processing, so the order is on hold (still can't cancel). I called my credit card company only to find out they processed the payment to Haband 5 days ago. There should be no hold waiting on my payment as they already have the funds. At this point I don't know when they will actually ship, and if and when they do, I'm told it will take another 6-8 business days to arrive. These customer service reps have to follow scrips. I have now spoken to four and the responses are all canned. I could tell they were really uncomfortable having to tell me the b.s on my order. Shame on Haband, this is NOT how you build a loyal customer base. Don't waste your money here unless you want nothing but frustration!! "
"I was worried about ordering when I saw all of the negative reviews. I have ordered twice and it was a super easy process! I received email confirmation as soon as my order was placed and my items arrived within a week! I opened a charge account with them and called customer service for a question and was very pleased with that process as well. I am a happy customer!"
"This company takes your order through order forms then makes you provide an order number for the order before they will discuss anything with you on the phone. If you placed the order by an order form, they refuse to help track orders and conveniently want the order number which you don't have because you ordered the item with an order form. They do this because they know many elderly people place orders in this way. They refuse to help in any way until you give them that *magic order number*. I recommend NOT ordering from this company and hopefully they will go broke in the near future. Their automated phone system they can use your phone number but they don't because if you enter it nothing pops up for you."
"Don’t buy from this company. They are horrible. I ordered 3 items. 2 items shipped together one separately. There shipping service is terrible. It took them over 2 weeks to ship my order. Then I only received the 1 item. I reported the other 2 items as lost after waiting 4 additional days. Haband would not process a credit. They kept telling me to call back. Then I got an email that the package came back to them. It took them a week to process a credit and they messed that up because they only credited 1of the 2 items. I called three more times trying to get the additional item credited and they keep telling me I have to wait. They won’t let me talk to a manager. Finally I just disputed the charge with my credit card so I can get my refund and never have to talk to those Rude people ever again. Their service is horrible I will never purchase from them again or any of their affiliates. "

"My relative receives Haband catalogs and asked for some things out of it for Christmas. I called to place an order and could not understand the gentlemen very well at all, he kept asking me for my information over and over and I even joked and said, "You better not be charging my credit card twice!". Well, after 43 minutes, yes, 43 minutes, my order was placed. He kept telling me he had to have his manager override the Free Shipping code as it was not going through on the order. So, after I received the package, I also received two charges in the same amount on my credit card. I emailed Haband Customer Service and never received a response, so I called, again. He didn't want me to talk to a manager and told me that Haband's policy is to always charge a customer twice until the order is received, and within 48 hours the second charge would be credited back to my charge. I told him I've never heard of a policy and insisted on talking to his manager but after putting me on hold forever, again, he told me they don't have a manager. That was a 28 minute phone call. So, needless to say, my credit card company took care of it and refunded one of the charges. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. "
"Haband's quality in clothing has gone downhill over the past 10 years or so. I bought jackets from them before and they were good quality but I bought 2 of the same style jackets recently and it was very poor quality, it took months to be delivered and I am very disappointed. The material is very thin, the side pockets on one of the jackets were sown shut and on both jackets the pockets are so shallow you can't put anything in them. I also purchased a couple bottom down shirts from them and they are not long enough to tuck into my pants. I will not be buying from them again."
"I ordered two Peak Garage Parking Sensors. After reading the product reviews about this item on Ebay, I tried to cancel the very next day. I was told that I couldn't cancel because my order was already shipped. Two weeks later, my order finally arrived. I decided to try one instead of paying shipping to return the items. The sensor is typical of the over-priced junk they sell. It worked poorly for about three weeks, now it's toast.
