"I purchased a gift card on Tuesday, opting for immediate email delivery to my daughter, and received an acknowledgement of my order. The next day I used the automated Customer Service telephone line to check delivery status; the automated response was that my order was in process. Friday, I called again, requesting a live person’s assistance, and was connected to Concierge Michelle. Michelle researched but could not find evidence the gift certificate had been issued; she resolved the matter by immediately issuing a certificate, making sure everything about it was the way I wanted it. She continued to stay on the line with me for the very short time it took for me to receive my emailed confirmation. Michelle was friendly, interested in my satisfaction and capable of resolving my problem quickly.
