"The bag I love sold out while I was waiting for a response back from an email I sent to customer service asking about using my credit. Not their fault but it took so long for a response that it sold out while I was waiting. When I called to see if they could find it she said no and it’s not being restocked. Yet luckily a few days later I saw it was restocked and was able to grab it! Could have been a better experience if someone would have contacted me to let me know it was available."
