"I ordered an LED T-shirt from this site. While they didn't have any shirts left in my size, I chose a smaller Tee for my daughter. Pretty decent price, low shipping cost, and an easy to navigate site also made me bookmark this one. Got my item on the day they originally quoted, in perfect condition. The instructions were a little hard to understand as the "English" used was definitely someone's second language, but we figured it out quickly enough.I will be back to look for other novelty items or gifts in the future."

"I purchased several t-shirts from www.handhelditems.com. One of them was the wrong size. I contacted the company to find out how to get the correct size. The customer service person told me to take a picture of the t-shirt showing the tag with the size on it and email it to her along with the order number. So I did. A few weeks went by and I never heard anything. I contacted them again and that customer service person told me that I had to fill out a form and mail the shirt back to get the replacement. So I did. Weeks went by and I emailed customer service. They finally got back to me after several attempts. The person looking into the problem said he would get back to me after he located the shirt. Weeks went by and I made several attempts to email the person who was helping me. No response. So I called customer service, explaining the whole thing again. She had no clue and said she would check with the wherehouse to see if they received the t-shirt. I have emailed her twice since then because she never got back to me and I still haven’t heard back from her. Oh and the guy that was helping me before was no longer with the company. I have since called customer service over and over again and I get no answer.
I will never purchase anything from them again, nor refer anyone to them."

"I ordered 2 Droid 3 cases. Both were a disappointment. One (as pictured) appeared to be a black case with a skull emblazoned on it. The actual product was a white case with black skull decal adhered to it. the white edges show when the case is applied, which makes it look bad. The second case I ordered was a rubberized carbon-fiber pattern case. I was instead sent a NON rubberized case in a different, more gaudy carbon-fiber like pattern. I found this case on another page, it was a totally different product. I contacted them days ago about these issues, no response. You are taking your chances dealing with this business. I wasted $15, which sucks when you're on a tight budget. It's also very telling how fast they removed my negative review on their website... if only they bothered to address problems with the same drive... AVOID."

"Doing business with this company is a gamble. Sometimes you'll get a good deal, other times you'll get a headache. I've ordered from HandHeldItems two other times without a problem - but my luck ran out. Long story short, they sent me a defective product and 2+ months later, I have yet to receive a replacement or a refund. The details: I purchased a screen protector for my iPod on 6/20. I received it in a timely manner, but it was defective & cheap (you get what you pay for, but only I'm to blame for trying to save a buck) - there was a thin film peeling off the top of the protector that created distortion on the screen. I contacted the company and they asked me to send in a picture. I did and on 7/6, I was told that a new protector was shipped out. I was given a tracking number. The tracking number was not a valid one according to the shipper's website, but when I contacted HandHeldItems to inquire about this a week later, I was told that I needed to allow more time for "your package to be updated online." This was my 1st clue that something wasn't right. I shop online A LOT and it's never taken a week for a shipping website to register a valid tracking number. When I still hadn't received the item on 7/19, I emailed HandHeld again and didn't hear back from them. I forgot about it for awhile and purchased another screen protector from a local store so my iPod screen wouldn't get scratched up, but contacted them again on about 8/28. I was told that my re-shipped item must have gotten lost during transit and they'd send out another one. I asked for a refund instead since it had been so long and I already purchased another protector and the CS rep was completely unhelpful. He indicated that he couldn't issue a refund because the purchase happened so long ago (hello? I think that's your company's fault) and because the item had been "used." When I protested, explaining that item was on my iPod for about 3 min. before I realized it was defective, the CS rep told me "I am doing you a great favor by sending out replacement by voiding our policy." I was flabbergasted as to how I had violated their policy. I replied, asking what policy I had violated. I received a defective item, asked for a replacement, didn't get one after a lengthy delay, and was asking for a refund. That was 2 days ago and I haven't heard back since. I probably won't. Trust me, it's not the money...I think my refund (if they had the decency to give it to me) would be about $2.75. It's the principle. I'll no longer shop here. "
"I wanted to protect my new smart phone and didn't want to pay the crazy prices at the store for ugly covers. I used to work for one of the big 4 cellular company's. The quality of my case and screen protector is better than any we sold! Mine snaps on right the first time and actually fits my phone perfectly. I received my products very quickly and because of this I oredered my daughter several cases for her new phone."
