"This company is pathetic. My recommendation is DO NOT ORDER from these clowns.

It is now day 14 since my order allegedly shipped and it is nowhere in sight. I repeatedly called them and each time was told they couldn't track my order because the system was down. My email to them came back with the standard response of "it is in the mail, give it more time" baloney even though I paid extra for "express 3-5 " delivery.

I am not worried because I was easily able to get my credit card credited for this "purchase." It seems it is a common occurrence with HandHeld Items.

My advice is find another company to deal with. These guys are a joke. Don't trust the ratings. Based on the dates of many of the reviews going back to 2009, this company has submitted phony ratings to get it to where it is. There are so many people that have similar experiences to mine that it is clear this company is playing games with consumers."

"I received the product I ordered very late - I ordered a pen that shipped in a padded envelope, and it took 17 days from my order date for it to arrive. The product itself was a piece of crap and broke after extremely little use. And the vendor does not pay return shipping, so I would only have recouped a portion of the price. "I bought a carbon fiber case for my samsung captivate. The look and feel is very nice. The only draw back is it doesn't close tightly all the way around. The upper left hand portion does not snap closed.
The price very reasonable, however not worth the trouble send back for an exchange.
But if can get one that works well worth the price"

"I've purchased about 8-10 items from HandHelditems so far and for the most part, they've been okay except for two of my orders; both were for a screen protector and case. They sent me the wrong phone case even though I ordered it correctly online. then there was my last shipment which I ordered a screen protector and a case for my new cell phone. Unfortunately the screen protector never came and the RMA department has emailed me back telling me they were going to send me another one, but it's been 2 weeks now and I'm not sure it will happen. This is the last time I purchase from them EVER AGAIN!!!"
