Shipping and tracking leave ALOT to be desired. When ordered, got confirmation items shipped next day, when finally showed up on tracking, was actually shipped 6 days after the order completed. Then, tracking stopped at Kansas City, and then, disappeared again. Finally received items 12 days after purchase. If you want to buy things for Christmas, suggest you buy now, that way it MIGHT be delivered in time."

Ordering process was good, got store credit but it expired before I could use it.
Product price was great, but I guess you get what you pay for. The unit casing will not stay "snapped" together and the USB unit inside is unstable and not aligned inside its casing. When it is inserted in the lighter socket, attempting to plug in the phone makes the whole thing fall apart.

"While the cable looks good, it nearly damaged my phone upon using it.

The micro hdmi pins were not aligned on the cable. Apparently it started to short when I plugged it into my phone.

The phone immediately froze and became non-responding. I had to remove the battery before it started working again.

I contacted HHI and requested a new cable. They refused to replace it unless I shipped the old one, but the cost of shipping this defective cable at $1.71 makes no sense.. especially if these were just designed poorly and dont feel like risking my $300 phone over a whopping $3 cable.

Suggest not buying this cable and looking elsewhere for more quality parts and service.
