"very bad service. the item i ordered was not available after i paid for it. they sent an email about a week later mentioning that i should go to their website and choose a similar item and i received the item two weeks after the initial order was made. that is ridiculous. awful. unprofessional. last time i am doing any business with them. you should not even consider these people. trust me."

"I bought a screen protector and two cases for my HTC wildfire. The screen protector didn't fit the screen. The plastic case was broken and wouldn't click shut over the phone. The silicone case was too big at the top. Their return policy is complicated and not worth the trouble, so I just took the loss. I learned my lesson though to never order from them again."

"Horrid Customer Service. Their return policy differs from the one they post online. Product was opened but not used and they refused after I sent it back w/ an RMA number! I then contacted customer service and they said they could do nothing about it. It's a different department. They said the only thing I could do was re-submit the RMA request so I did. Now they declined it because I'm past the 45 day return policy. I submitted the first RMA request on day 26."

"AWWWWWWFUL. I wish I could give it negative stars. I ordered a product. At latest it should have arrived nine days later. On the tenth day I tracked the order and my order hadn't even been processed. After TEN days. I called them and the guy at the other end seemed very unhappy to help. He said they had to request it from another warehouse (though they claimed it's in stock, so I'd expect them to have easy access) and said he'd call me back. Didn't happen. Two days later I checked the order again and the guy had added a comment that said I had told him I might want a different, though similar, item instead. I did no such thing! I sent an email to correct it and ask about why it was taking so long. The reply said they sent a request to the warehouse, so either the guy I talked to or the warehouse did not do their job. On day 15 I wrote ANOTHER email (angry this time) and it was never returned. Today, I tried to call them. It's day TWENTY and I really needed the item a week and a half ago. It rang for customer service and I was disconnected. Happened every time I tried. So I sent the yet another email, telling them if they hadn't taken some sort of real action by tomorrow I would cancel the order and get it somewhere else. I would have done that much sooner, but they had charged my credit card (i.e. taken my money) on day 1. The reply came a few hours later and said "Per your request, we have submitted all the paperwork to cancel the transaction for this order. [Because we really don't feel like pretending to help anymore.]" Oh great, because that warehouse is SO responsive. I honestly don't expect to get my money back any time soon, and won't be surprised if I don't get it back at all. Before I take legal action, of course."

Even though I contacted them, and supplied them with PDFs to verify the mixup, I am still waiting for a resolution to the shipping error, and have not heard how they intend to resolve it. "I ordered ASUS transformer screen protector. The item arrived as stated in the expected shipping period. Old screen protector was peeling off. I replaced it with the one I bought from Handhelditems. It is easy to fix and fits well on the screen. I could not take off couple of tiny bubbles. These are in the edges,so do not even get noticed. Over all I am very satisfied with my experience with the store and the item."

"Found them via a super cheap deal posted on FatWallet or SlickDeals, even with a $2 sale and free shipping, they delivered promptly and what I received (carbon fiber style iPhone back guard) was exactly as advertised.
Not only that, I mistakenly thought I'd received the wrong item. It was packed in an "iPhone screen protector" sleeve, and only after opening did I realize it was in fact the carbon fiber style back protector.
Meanwhile, I'd already started an RMA… for a $2 item. lol
Even so, they were responsive and got right back to me. Obviously the RMA was cancelled, but I was impressed by how they handled it.
Will happily buy from them again. "
