"I purchased a hard case for my Huawei Ascend along with a screen protector. They are both great items. The only problem was that the shipping on the screen protector was almost as much as the item itself! This surprised me as I thought weight was a factor in shipping costs and this item probably weighs less than an ounce??? (I had ordered these 2 items separately). Other than that, I have not had any issues with bad quality of their products. I had ordered a phone case for my husband's phone a few years ago and he was pleased with the quality of it. Sorry to hear about other's bad experiences with this company. I, personally think they are great. Can't beat the prices."

"DO NOT BUY FROM these guys!!! I purchased an item in November of 2010. The product was defective. I RMA'd the item within few days. It is now June 2011 and I still have not received by refund or credit. They actually contacted me 2 weeks ago and offered me credit since they said the order was too old to issue me a refund on my credit card. As of today I still do not have the "credit" in my account to purchase something else. UNBELIEVABLE!!!"

"Quick shipping even though they said shipping was less than $3 but it was really $12 when you got to the check out. Not a big deal, I made a note of it to them and made the purchase anyway.

Too bad its the wrong item, "new item" "replacement item" whatever, made cheaper and looks nothing like the photo.

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Buy from a company that will treat you with respect. If you have any trouble with your order, this company will simply ignore you until you go away. HandHeldItems.com sent less expensive items than what I had purchased. I contacted HandHeldItems 5 times now about it. They made me send multiple emails detailing what items were wrong, when they respond they wanted me to give more details and send pictures. Then they just ignore you. I have sent emails, full explanations of what I did not get, photos of what I was supposed to get and what they sent, I have called their customer service. Even with them on the phone they would not help me, they even made me feel as if I was bothering them. They left me sitting on hold for an hour before I finally hung up. I finally told them that I would dispute the charges on my credit card, they told me go ahead and do that. This told me everything I need to know about their company. I would not recommend this company based on my experience with them.
