"Bought a USB cable advertised as suitable for my model cell phone. The cable I got had a plastic boot on the connector that was too wide to fit in the well surrounding the phone jack. The replacement cable they sent had exactly the same boot, plus a loose plug at the cable end that pushed itself right up inside the boot. When I asked for a refund, I got no response until I issued a chargeback with Amazon. It cost me about $5 for the cable and shipping, and I was refunded $1.50 for the cable, despite the fact there is no way this cable was ever going to fit in the phone they advertised it as being for. Not pleased, and will not come back.

Update: Looks like they track these ratings. The very next day they processed a refund for the shipping. So I rate their customer service one notch higher, but given the shoddiness of the products I received, I'll still look elsewhere first."
