"We are so very disappointed, the item was not what we thought it was. I tried to contact you, only to have the phone ring and ring. We are are not satisfied, we only want to return the item. We also were charged 3.50, for shipping. The item could have beed put in a envelop and mailed at regular postage. Shame on your company, for ripping people off, as you so clearly do with postage."

"Concerning HHI iPad PadShell Crystal Clear Polycarbonate Case - Terrible customer service, they refuse to return answers to email complaints about this product ordered for my iPad2 which does not fit an iPad2. "DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE....POOR SERVICE....I ordered iPad Leather Case Flip one. I received non flip case. I contacted the customer service. I was told that the warehouse made mistake and sent the wrong one and asked to send picture or received item. I send the picture and next day I called customer service. I was told that the person whom I talked would reply and I have to wait till she reply.
After couple of days I received a response that they are suppose to send me the flip case and also return label for the old case. I did not receive the label or case so contacted the customer rep again and was told that the item is out of stock and asked me to return the wrong case. I was also told to pack it in a cover (which I have to arrange) they did not send me the return parcel.
I am going to send them the parcel back and hope to get my money back ontime.
I will never going to purchase anything from this site.
By the way.....the leather case I received is also not a good quality.

" HORRIBLE...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...I MEAN IT...I ordered a pair of in-ear headphones, the MEElectronics M11P+'s, which were very highly reviewed at all the tech sites, did a search to see who had them for the least expensive online, and found HandHeldItems.com. From the get-go I should have seen the horrible experience I was about to have.
THE ORDER PAGE WOULDN'T EVEN REFRESH. EVER. I mean, when you're ordering something online you at least need the assurance that the website ITSELF is at least FUNCTIONAL, which it isn't. I had to call customer service, of which I got this horrible little individual, Kevin *****, who was as snide and distasteful with me as if talking to someone on the phone was somehow BENEATH him, even though he was in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry. I thought to myself: "Okay, even though this horrible little man who is probably in this country under circumstances of questionable legality is being absolutely unnecessarily evil to you, just grin and bear it, because you need these headphones."
I paid for express shipping, adding an extra $20.00 to my order. Thinking back, I probably did it just so the whole process could be over sooner. Big mistake. The package took forever to get to me I could have paid for the STANDARD shipping, SAVED $16.00, and STILL gotten the broken headphones that came in the box when the thing FINALLY got to me. When I got the headphones out and tried them, the right one would go in and out of volume levels all by itself, as headphones do when they're broken or loose inside. I called customer service AGAIN to see if I could get replacements, and to my surprise got the SAME antichrist-level meanie Kevin *****. He was as horrible as ever to me, treating me as if I deliberately interrupted his wonderful day by daring to call in, even though if I knew I was going to get HIM, I honestly wouldn't have even bothered.
After thoroughly raking me over the coals with his non-existential customer service, he said I needed to talk to the returns department. Relieved at the prospect of not having to talk with HIM anymore, I got the number and gratefully got off the phone with him and called the RMA department. As I was soon to find out I was directed over there just so that they could tell me I needed to talk to CUSTOMER SERVICE again, which I did only to be told that NO, I NEEDED TO TALK TO THE RMA DEPARTMENT AGAIN. It didn't take me long to realize that I was getting a poorly-executed version of the runaround. Eventually I asked to speak to someone higher-up, to which I got the wonderful Kevin ***** nearly SCREAMING "I AM the supervisor!!" "Great," I thought. Things seemed even more hopeless.
I later resorted to calling on different days, during what I thought would be lunch hours, anything to get different people than who I had gotten the whole time. I eventually gave up. It just seems a classic example of a business run by horrible illegal immigrants who see the American consumer as nothing more than a faceless way to get money, no matter who they have to step on or take advantage of along the way. I dealt with them in the form of Indians running hotel franchises and now I had experience dealing with them on in the internet shopping arena as well. I figured the most I could do at this point is be a cautionary tale to others to keep them from repeating the same mistake that I did. Once again: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. AND SAVE YOURSELF THE $70.00 OR GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH THEY'LL TRY TO GET FROM YOU.

"I ordered two Droid Incredible silicone cases for under $4.00 each and a set of 3 screen protectors. I also found a coupon for $3.00 off and my order was free shipping. I was able to order everything for around $11.00. I received my order in less than a week and am very happy with the products. I'm recommending this site to all of my friends and family. The price of the covers in any store is around $20.00 and up, so this is a tremendous savings! Excellent products and prices!!"

"Customer Service was TERRIBLE!!! I bought two identical items from this site, and they both arrived defective. Made my phone freak out, but because I waited a week to ship it back for a friend to try them both with their identical phone, they assumed I don't want my refund and refuse to make this transaction right. Their return policy is 30 day, I sent it back in a week and they claimed that was too long so they won't return my money. Long story short, I'm extremely unsatisfied, and even less likely to purchase from there again."

My previous review was removed. Item does not work with HTC Phones as stated. Spoke with KARI. She said it is my problem and will not send adapter to solve problem. When I asked to talk to supervisor she said send a letter and she will give it to someone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY MISREPRESENT AND HAVE INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY: They remove bad reviews from their web site!
