"Okay sir please hold"...... Uh okay sir we found it and you sould get credited you money in 7 to 10 days. Man If I lived close enough there I would of delivered it my self . "I ordered the "Tuchiflip" ipod touch case in blue. Found the on-line ordering process very easy, but was disappointed that I couldn't use my Pay-Pal account to complete the transaction because I'm Canadian and my account is too. The case was shipped promptly and we received it within a week.
So far we are happy with the product, it is as pictured and holds the ipod snugly. The free screen protector is great, went on easily and we don't even notice it's on.
We've only been using the case for a week so I can't comment on it's durability at this point, but it seems to be decently made for a fraction of the price of the cases I've found in stores."

"Poor customer support. Ordered screen protectors for ipad2. Poor packaging led to a deep gouge in the middle of the protector. Sent pictures to customer support. After multiple attempts to contact them, they deleted the ticket!! Will not be shopping here again.

"When one orders someting online, two things are the most important: 1. the quality of the merchandise; 2. the quality of customer services. HandHelditems is the worst in my many years of online shopping experience. I ordered a "piano glove" which is defective, some fingers make no sound. The return process is a real pain. They are just bunch of irresponsible and irresponssive people. Even 3 weeks after I paid shipping myself to return the item, they would not refund my money until I had to contact them again. Then they said they would not refund the shipping charge to me. It is a defective product! Compared to my shopping experience with other online merchants like Amazon.com, it is really hell vs. heaven. I would direct their future emails to my Spam box and stay away from this merchant forever. I hope they would be wiped out by competition soon. If that happens the online retail civilization would have taken a step forward."

"I received an item that handhelditems representative confirmed was defective. It was a boresight 9mm which he says had a defective batch. They issued me an RMA but say I have to pay for shipping both ways! On a defective item, they would not issue me a return label. That is bad customer service. "I purchased an iPAD case with the Bluetooth keyboard. It was defective in that every letter key typed a different character. I follwed thier RMA process and shipped the defective unit back at my expense only to get another unit with the exact same defect! I called customer service to get my money back. The representative said she would get authorization to send me a return shipping label since I had already paid for shipping back the first defective item. After 10 days, I had heard nothing so I called customer service again. This time they refuse to pay for shipping the second defective item back. Apparantly, they expect me to keep paying for shipping their defective items back until I am tired of paying. They told me I would have to dispute the charges with my credit card company, so that is what I am doing. They seem to have been through this many times before and will probably try to fight it. I would never buy from them again."
