"I ordered a stand for my iPad and received one that I did not order. I have contacted customer service multiple times and still have not received the correct stand that I paid for. It has been well over a month now and can still not get anymore responses via email. Email is the only way to get a hold of anyone because if you call you can't get through or you have to wait on hold for hours. I have ordered stuff before and not had a problem but this is out of hand."

"An excellent exchange. I bought A Zune HD case late Saturday night but Wednesday soon came around and I still hadn't received a tracking number while the order still read as "pending" on their website. I emailed customer service to ensure nothing had gone wrong and they responded about 10 minutes later (awesome) and said the item had shipped from another warehouse that gave tracking numbers out on a different schedule. So I planned to wait for the the 4-9 days standard shipping takes.
By coincidence I then walked onto my front porch and found the item at my feet. I got a rare, discontinued case cheaper than anywhere else which shipped and was delivered within 3 business days in perfect condition. One of the best online transactions I've ever had."

"I ordered an Ipad case from this company. The ordering process, tracking, and delivery were fine. The case itself was more or less as described. However, the case, which was a fake leather type material, had a disgusting chemical smell. It was so strong you could smell it from at least 10 feet away, seriously. After several weeks, the smell is still present (but it does seem to be fading). Customer service was responsive enough I suppose (at least they replied and tried to offer a solution: leave the case out in the sun for a couple of hours or heat it up with a hair dryer). But here's where I take issue with this company...I believe they falsify and selectively include "customer" product reviews, and in the process mislead consumers. They allow customers to rate the products purchased (1-5 stars) and submit written reviews. However, I wrote one and they edited it leaving only a short favorable portion and deleting all unfavorable comments about the product. And they didn't stop there, they also changed the star rating I gave (from 3 to 5 stars). For the case I bought, there is nothing less than 4 stars reported and no mention of the odor, despite the fact that the customer rep person acknowledged that there have been a lot of complaints about the smell. I actually tried to write a second review, and they deleted that one altogether (despite it being nothing more than a fair review). I am now suspect of all reviews on their site, and think the star ratings are probably meaningless. This is a deceitful and unethical practice. The "customer review" section should be retitled "editors review". It's one thing to sell low quality products; it's another to censor/edit/falsify reviewer comments with the intent of deceiving potential customers."
"I ordered 2 ramps for my chinchilla cages on 2/25. On 3/11 it occurred to me that the ramps really should have arrived. I went and double checked my invoice, which showed 4-9 days shipping. Went to check shipping status, and lo and behold, it says that the items are not in stock! I sent a message, relaying the above and including the fact that I had never been notified that the item became back-ordered. I asked if they knew when the item would be back in stock, because if the time frame was excessive, I'd like to cancel the order.
I received my reply today, which simply said "Dear Christi, Thank you for the inquiry. I will go ahead to cancel your order for you. The paperwork was submitted by today. Thank you"
There was no sorry, no notification on how long it would take, just thanks for asking, your order is now cancelled. Not terribly impressed with their communication. "

"Recently purchased the "HHI Super Slim Band Case with Earphone plug Cover For iPhone 4 - White".
Pros: Fits snugly; it's not going to slip around. The white looks good against the black glass. The little plug for the headphone port fits good and it a welcome feature for those who carry inside a purse or pocket.
Cons: the case is a plastic not rubber or silicon. It is not as soft and "grippy" as i had hoped...it's a bit slick. The sync/charge port is NOT large enough to allow an easy connection to the cable.
Shipping was an odd thing with UPS & USPS. It took longer than i expected to arrive. Free shipping made up for that...i suppose."
