"I ordered an Ipod touch cover. They sent me by USPS, but I never received it. The usps website showed it delivered, but I didn't see the package anywhere.
I contact Handhelditems customer service, they asked me to wait one more week.we will see what we can do if you can please give me a few days to track and see what is going on.
Then one week later, I contacted with them again several times by responding the email but didn't get response.
I sent another customer problem through the website, finally got the response. They just sent me the usps tracking record and didn't nothing else.

I don't know what happened, but I think it's the website's responsibility to deal with the USPS service to make everything clear. I paid the money for both product and shipping fee, but never expected to receive only
the tracking number.

If their policy about an unclear package, like this situation, is letting customer take the responsibility, announce it clearly on the website so everyone can have a second thought about placing an order on it.

"I ordered two screen protectors for an iPhone 3GS and I received 2 screen protectors marked "Iphone (old"). I haven't opened the packages to check but I'm afraid they may not fit the newer iPhone 3GS.
I contacted the company and they seemed to indicate they would send me the correct one. I have not received it yet so I'm not sure of my final opinion."

"Ordered went through PayPal for an Ipad item which was on sell last weekend (5-1-10). They accepted the money but I still haven't received an invoice or order number. Customer service is non functioning element of the company. No reply via telephone or email, but the proof is at PayPal.

I also paid for 3 to 3 day shipping and Handhelditems has not complied with the receipt of monies from Paypal.

Buyers beware; if you need an item ASAP do not use this internet company.

If Handhelditems sent an email with the shipping info I would not have posted this review. I still haven’t received an email with the shipping info or even thanks for ordering. The company was paid via PayPal, so Handhelditems defiantly has my email address on file.

I been searching through what was listed as "cases" for iTouches and found a wonderfully unique design for a great low price. It was described as flexible and protective but as soon as I received my order I realized the reason for the price being so low. What I had ordered had actually been a decal skin (a stick-on piece of paper) not an actual case. Shipping costed me about $10 as well so I felt it was unecessary to return. So, now I am left with what was listed under "cases" but was actually a sticker."
