"I have ordered from HHI 3x and so far (I'm keeping my fingers crossed) they have not let me down. I see from other reviewers that they are hard to deal with in terms of customer service if your order is not correct or if you felt the item was not worth the money. I can give you my review based solely on ipod covers and screen protectors. As stated in the beginning of this review I'm keeping my fingers crossed because I just ordered a backup battery and a travel charger for my ipod. If the travel charger does not work properly I'll just trash it as it only cost $3.99. I'm not expecting a miracle charger for that price! So for what I have ordered and received thus far I can honestly say I've been very happy with the ordering, delivery and use of the items I have purchased. I hope HHI does not let me down on my future order still to come. Keeping my fingers crossed!"

"Hand Held Items sent the product quickly, but I've only had it about 2 weeks and it already broke! I purchased a droid graphic case and put it on my droid. I carry it in my purse, so it doesn't get too much banging around, but I went to grab it out of my purse and found that the top of the cover was broke. I was disappointed in the value of the products they sell. "
"After reading some of the other reviews on this site I had to double check that I had the right company. I did and luckily I didn't have any problem at all with my order. It was shipped quickly, well packaged and I was able to use a coupon that I found on Techbargains. Of course I ordered something silly (LED Sound Activated E-Q Raver T-Shirt) but it still showed up perfectly, fast and exactly right.
While it doesn't look like every order goes as smoothly as mine did, my order went perfectly."
"I ordered this product on a Friday morning. Not expecting much until Monday, I was not worried I only got an email stating it was ordered. Unfortunatley, that is all I got from them. No follow-up emails or anything. I found that the item shipped from a differnet warehouse. I then contacted them again to get a tracking number the following day and i was told that it was placed on back order. I could never get a confident answer from anyone at this place about the shipment and possible arrival date. Well on Thursday of that week the item did arrive with no damages to it, for that I am greatful! What has me most concerned is that for the entire week of emailing back and forth, I never once was given a straight answer or tracking info. My only complaint is the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing at this place so dont trust anything you are told - always followup multiple times!"
"They SENT ME THE WRONG ITEMS!! I emailed customer service within 20 minutes of opening the bag. I informed them that they sent me the wrong items. Customer Service responded by telling me that I ordered the wrong model# on the T-Mobile Tap Case but they apologized for sending the wrong color on the HTC Kaiser Case. I responded by emailing them pictures of the illfitted T-Mobile Case. It went back and forth like that a couple of times. Needless to say, I got frustrated and demanded a full refund. It really is sad because I still need the cases. "

"Inexpensive and desirable products for your phone. Great selection. Fast order processing. Not very good if there is a problem, though. My last order arrived with the wrong color item, which I mailed back immediately and asked for a correction. One support person, "Celena", responded brilliantly with quick and efficient service, but others kept emailing me asking for pictures, mixing up what was wrong, etc. Even when I kept explaining that I'd sent the item back, they would respond "Please take a picture of the item you returned." Frustrating to deal with some of the customer service responses, but the one that "worked" was a delight."

"Ordering from the company was easy, received a confirmation email quickly, shipping came quick as well. All that was great. The product on the other hand.... it works, is it great, No. The FM transmitter part is fine, a little static at times but the phone part (hands free) is very frustrating!!! Doesn't always work, you have to turn the radio volume up REALLY loud to hear anything, several people tell me there is an echo for them when I'm talking. It's not reliable enough. sometimes you have to unplug and re-plug the cable in to get it to "pick up" thru the Transmitter. The remote only works 1 out of 3 times...FRUSTRATING.... Most frustrating is that I purchased it, actually 2 of them, before knowing how well or not well it worked only to see 2 weeks later it was for 1/2 the cost, without the remote and that would have been EVEN better, since it doesn't work right anyway.
Get what you pay for, but over paid for this..."
"BEWARE!!! Do not waste your time and money with these guys. I have ordered from them twice in two years and both of my orders have contained incorrect items. On my first order I recieved a mirrored screen protector when I ordered the clear one for my phone. On this last order I ordered some stuff for my roomates phone and recieved two incorrect items even though the shipping invoice was correct. I them emailed them about the incorrect items and they conviently neglected to reply. Instead however they have the audacity to send me an email with a link so that I can review them here. I will never do business with them again and I don't recommend that anybody else take the risk of wasting their time and money as I have. Remember BEWARE."
