"THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF........I placed an order for Night Vision Scope, paid extra for overnight shipping. Two weeks later the items show up after numerous phone calls and emails. The items were not what I wanted so I spent another two weeks trying to get a RMA, had items returned by 10 Dec 09. Today is 7 Mar 10 and I am still battling them for my "FULL REFUND" they did refund part of the money but it took till the end of Feb. 10 and proving that the items were returned, had to go to post office get a printout of the employee that signed for the box. I was told the items were not received within 30 days. I have sent a number of emails, with no answer and have placed a number of phone calls, from Iraq I'm here with the Army now, without an answer. I have filed a claim with my credit card and I will visit the warehouse when I return, they are only about an hour away."

"The HHI All Kit v2.0 FM Transmitter I ordered was awesome. It worked great and holds well. The only thing I would like them to fix is the length of the cigarette lighter adapter. I had to purchase an additional extension because the adapter wouldn't go in all the way and would easily fall out. However after I purchased the extender it works perfectly."
