"Having a terrible time reaching anyone through the Customer Service number. Placed an item order one month ago, my payment went through and I still haven't received my item. I am attempting to get a refund on my item through online Customer Service, but I won't hold my breath.

"I had great things to say about this company because I liked the items I had gotten. But once I got an item that was broken and had to be returned/refunded, I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company! Dozens of calls and emails and it took over two months to get everything fixed. I even had to lose out on shipping - twice - to complete this transaction. If your company sends me garbage, you need to refund me for the item, the money I paid for shipping and the return shipping. It's not my fault you sent me trash and if you thought it was going to be an issues, you should be insuring all of your shipments. Either way, I used to suggest this company to everyone for great deals on accessories, but no more. Not only do I NOT bother to suggest purchasing from this company, I go out of my way to tell everyone to avoid ordering from this place."

It's been 2 months and I've called numerous times and they kept saying that "the account manager needs to approve the transaction". I call customer service and he made up policies while I was online looking at them as I spoke. He told me to " check this out" I stopped read his policy to him and in the process he said they only needed to ship the product out. While talking he hung up. "When I placed my order, it took 4 days to even ship! All in all, it took me 10 days to even receive my items, and when I did, I received my phone case, which was BROKEN, missing several little pieces of plastic, which made it to where the case wouldn't even stay on the phone, and a phone charger that LOCKED UP my phone when it was charging. Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with this company again. I'm a pretty easy going person, and if the case had a few little dings, I wouldn't have cared, but it honestly looked like they sent me a used, busted up piece of junk. Don't trust this company. "I am hesitant to review this product. Very cheap price - for a reason - it is crap. I pulled it out the packaging - and tne tucked it away in my gym bag. The first time I pulled it out to use - I pulled the velcro away and it came apart of the armband - rendering the item useless. I did try some "superglue" - and will see if it holds up.
