One time my order did not arrive and i contacted them and the reshipped it to me right away on the last order, when I received my earbuds, they were broke. I contacted them and they send me a replacement right away. I will continue to order from them and have been telling all of my friends to start ordering from them."

"Horrible customer service!!! We received a damaged item & instead of refunding our money or offering a replacement, "Wendy" has sent us chasing our tail through Fedex. Fedex investigators even questioned why Handheld Items hadn't simply refunded our money or offered a replacement.

When I asked for a replacement item, I was told that "too many are being broken in transit, so we won't replace it." Yet at the same time, they are still selling the item online.

"Ordered a tool from this company. The order was confirmed by both email and a live representative, who told me that the product would be shipped within 3 days. After 4 days, I noticed that the order was still in "pending" status. I contacted the company and was again assured that my order was in process. With my BS meter now in full alarm, I pressed the rep to do some checking. Was informed only afterward that my product had been discontinued and would not be delivered at all! Had I not pushed back, these jokers would have been content to keep me waiting still. I guess it is not surprising that this company currently rates only 2.5 stars on this site. In my opinion, these folks have a long way to go when it comes to customer service. If you like playing Vegas and don't mind gambling, take a chance on Handheld Items- You might get lucky and do just fine with them. If you appreciate reliability in merchants the way I do, my advice is to find a reputable supplier that stands behind its services instead of making excuses and false promises. There are better places to spend your money."

"I have heard a lot of bad reviews for this website and so I was very skeptical when spending close to $60 on an item. After paying I waited two days and then contacted customer support, they said that the item was already called out for from a different warehouse and the tracking number should be up within a day or two and that he would let me know when it happens. By the next day the item was shipped and the tracking number was up, by the end of the day I also got an email from customer service with my tracking number. I received my item within the week in perfect condition and could not be happier."
