"The Handknotted website is simple to use, and I found it MUCH easier to search for just what I was looking for than on some other sites I checked out. My rug arrived very quickly (I think it was 3 business days). It was clean and absolutely beautiful. Very importantly, the colors were true to the online pictures. It's a bit nerve wracking to make a large purchase like this without seeing it in person, but Handknotted shows quite a few photos of each rug which does make it easier. I also ordered a rug pad (the thicker one) and it was made in the US and very good quality and priced comparably to similar ones on Amazon. I can't say anything about their customer service because my order and delivery went smoothly and the rug turned out to be perfect. I'm thrilled with my experience and would DEFINITELY order from them again!
