not too bad. The prices are excelent, but the custimer service leaves something to be desired. It seems that its run by a single person. I orders on the night of the 8th (should have been prosesed by the 9th). There were some complications with my order, so i sent in a comment with my order to get this straightened out. Then i tried to email them to see if it was straightened out. While waiting for a responce, i tried to call them. The number on the site at the time ( it has been fixed) was for some guy that seemes preaty angry that people kept calling him for hardware cooling. I also tried iming them like 5 times, and got no responce. Finialy its the 14th and i got throuhg with aim. When i talked to them in person they seemed ready to fix what was wrong, and garunteed that it would ship out tommorow. Talking to them online was hardly what custimer support should be like. Many times it was like they were having a one sided conversation. They also swore 2 or 3 times. Not what i expect from custimer support. Mabie im spoiled by the wonderfull support from places like newegg, and tigerdirect. Well see how the order goes. I guess you get what you pay for."
"Numerous problems with receiving products; HOWEVER, the store owner was RELENTLESS with trying to make things right. What can I say? Some things are out of everyone's control and TOM TAKES PRIDE IN MAKING SURE HIS CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY!!!! "I placed the order on 5/3 - my credit card was charged on 5/4. On 5/5 I received an email stating that my order was still processing. Odd - it's not legal to charge a credit card until an order has shipped and/or the merchandise has changed hands. (Call your cc company and they'll verify this) Anyway, I heard nothing after that. I emailed their customer service from their website on 5/12 and have heard nothing back. I emailed them again today on 5/14 and am waiting for a response. Also, the only phone number on their website, the one for shipping and returns ***-***-****) was invalid...
(Later) One guy left a message the evening of 5/14 and actually left me a number to call him back at. Sounded like it might be his personal cell phone - impressive. I'll be sure to lose it for his sake when this is over. After playing phone tag for 2 days we finally got hold of each other. The rep said my order never shipped because they didn't have one of my items in stock. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he agreed. If these guys credit my card without me having to hassle them about it I'll consider toning down my review a bit.
(Later) Ok it's 5/19 and the credit to my account has already been posted - rather quickly. Good sign. Also, there were a couple of follow-up emails asking me what they could do to make it up to me or to improve my experience in the future. There was genuine interest in the dialog that they initiated. They are also the only internet based seller to initiate dialog w/me via phone in response to an order inquiry. These are good signs, so I'm altering my review to reflect this.
I'm willing to do business with them in the future."
