Placed an order for a Reveal Midi Keyboard, Network Card and Silver Thumbscrew on 11/11. Till this day I still have not received my order. All I got was an email stating that my order was shipped and an email from their shipping dept. with the confirmation number but still no product. Everytime I emailed them they said that it's already been shipped out and it was received on 11/14. Not very helpful."

"I was a little worried about this company at first. If i had read the reviews I might not of purchased my Chieftec Black Dragon Case from them. Newegg took it off for 2 weeks so i was forced to give in to other companies. I purchased this, worried as hell, and it ended up being great. The case wasnt damaged. It did come with a Side Window. And i saved 8 bucks vs. newegg (shipping was cheaper) And they even emailed me asking about their experience. For me I rate them a A++ I dont know anything about the customer support or rma's. "This is a great company to deal with, even when a problem arises. I ordered a cheiftec dragon case from them and they were prompt to process and ship my order. When I received the item it had been slightly damaged through shipping (the door was broken off)and instead of making me jump through hoops, like sending it back and waiting for a replacement. They immedialy sent me out the replacement part. I've had that happen before and no other company has done that. They usally make you ship it back and wait for it to get there and then you have to file a report through UPS or whatever shipping company damaged it and then wait for your replacement. These guys know what customer service is. I highly recommend them!! They will go out of their way to help you."

I never did get my $40. They tried to bribe me (with inventory they had lying around) in to taking this bad review down as it was one of the only negative ones at the time. They didn't want to give me my money back, but they wanted to give me sutff I didn't need.

"This is weird. These guys actually called me to make sure I received my order. The gentleman who called apologized that it took so long (3 days? I was not upset) and asked how I liked the CPU fan I bought, what products I thought they might add to their line, where I heard about them (I said "resellerratings.com") and specifics about the case I just used and the price I paid because, apparently, they are trying to add products and be competitive pricewise. He said they made a mistake on my order and shipped the "wrong order to the wrong customer" and if I received a second order that, "You can just keep it." I think I like this company. Even newegg doesn't call me to see how I like their service and products."
