"Terrible customer service. I will never shop here again. I have been a loyal in-person customer of my local Danforth Healthy Planet shop for several years. I placed an online order for the first time in response to a sale in their weekly e-newsletter.
I received a text message one morning last week notifying me the package had been delivered the night before at 8:30pm. I had been home that night and no one knocked or rang the bell. The package was gone by morning apparently stolen because it sat on the front porch all night. If I had known it was delivered I would have retrieved it right away. I contacted Shippie — their delivery service to inquire about the missing package. They assured me a manger would return my call that afternoon. I didn’t hear from them by evening so I contacted them via the live chat on their website to explain the missing package. They said I should contact Healthy Planet with my complaint and they would also look into it and get back to me. It has almost been a week and they haven’t responded.
The same evening I emailed Healthy Planet’s customer service and they took 5 days to respond simply to say they have photo proof it was left on my doorstep and there is nothing they can do. They have lost a lifetime of purchases from me at the cost of an $86 package and for not even attempting to resolve this issue. "

"This website has to be a scam! I tried to order vitamins on that website for the first time. I put my cc info in & it kept saying “billing address info was not matched by the processor” so I tried it again, same thing so I just tried to type my billing address in separately, still not going though. I finally gave up after trying FOUR TIMES! I was a little suspicious so I checked my cc account & low and behold there’s FOUR transactions for the exact same amount from this website!!! Never got a confirmation number from the website nor an email BECAUSE IT CLEARLY STATED THE ORDER “ WAS NOT” processed due to address error WTF!!! "The return policy of this store is ridiculous. They need to improve it. They were not ready to accept the return for diffuser purchased on 14sep2021 and were not even ready to exchange it initially. The lady employee was really rude and just kept on saying that we don't accept returns. The items was unused and unpacked. She only exchanged it when I told her that I will go to consumer court. "I won’t buy any more vitamins or supplements from this place. I ordered Solaray Black Seed from here on 9/2. It shipped via USPS on 9/3. The capsules spent from the 3rd to the 7th traveling from Washington state to TN; then they spent 3 days in TN before they got to MD and spent 3 days traveling around MD before getting to me on 9/14. They were delivered to my mailbox at 10:11AM where they spent the next 6 hours in 90-degree heat before I could get my mail. When I told Healthy Planet customer service of my concern that they were traveling around for almost 2 weeks in environments that were unknown and that it had been hot, the first response I got was, “The good news is that they don’t need to be refrigerated”. I forwarded to them a website on what heat can do to the potency of vitamins and supplements. I told them that I was concerned that if I didn’t notice any changes or benefits that I wouldn’t know whether the supplement didn’t work or whether the capsules had lost their potency due to heat. They said they’d be happy to refund my purchase. I said that I’d prefer a replacement – just not sent through the USPS. It ended up that their only solution was to refund my money and – here’s the catch – I had to refuse the package. That means that the supplements will be returned to them. What are they going to do with them – write it off as a loss or resell a bottle that, by that time, will have been in transit for over 3 weeks (both trips). They obviously don’t know much about vitamins and supplements if their only thought about my inquiry was that I thought they needed to be refrigerated. Knowing that they wanted the bottle back in order to refund my purchase price of $38.19 really makes me wonder whether I was the first purchaser of this bottle."
"Very disappointed to see a staff person at the Danforth location who was only wearing one of those small plastic shields that barely covered her mouth and certainly not her nose. This employee was talking to customers and I felt very uncomfortable when she spoke to me. This type of mask is not in compliance with public health guidelines. and there is no way any physician would give a medical exemption to wear a mask like this.
If the individual does not want to wear a mask then she should not be in contact with the public. I cannot believe that store mgnt would allow this.
For this reason I will not be back to this store. Pure negligence.

"Having shopped in the store dozens of times and ordered online 4 or 5 times for their expanded online selection, I've never had a problem. Their staff members are friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable and they will special order product(s) they don't routinely carry. Their delivery takes a little longer than Amazon, but if you plan ahead it's no big deal."
"I had an excellent experience with Healthy Planet, at least online. I ordered from the U.S. because a Canadian-manufactured product I normally buy here in the states was out-of-stock at every American retailer I could think of. I ordered on a Saturday, paid CA$15 for shipping, and was shocked to see my order arrive on Tuesday. That's THREE DAYS, including most of a weekend, during COVID, to ship from Ontario to the U.S. West Coast. I couldn't have gotten an order of in-stock supplements from an American seller that quickly, even one just 50 miles away. Everything was well-packaged, correct, and as-advertised. I don't know that all of their shipments to the U.S. are this inexpensive or fast, and I should point out that the item I purchased had no customs issues (it's normally sold by a few U.S. retailers), but I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. I'm sorry to read of other people's difficult customer service experiences with Healthy Planet; beyond the order fulfillment, I don't have any experience there to report either way. But I intend to consider future supplement purchases from Healthy Planet, and encourage other American customers to do the same. "
"This is the worst company to get any customer service. My credit card was breached. Over $10,000 was lost, and most of that was spent around their online warehouse in Ontario.
Worst company to deal with, even though there was clear evidence it was breached on their online website.
Who knows, it could even be one of their employees.
They denied anything happened. My new credit card was just issued, and been used in only two online websites. I notified both companies about the breach, and Healthy planet did not give any ****.
Truly one of the worst companies.

"On Sept 9/20 I ordered 5 products.
My credit card was charged.
I received email confirmation that my order was received, and that I'd receive an email when the order shipped.
On Sept 11/20, I still hadn't received an email with shipping information.
Since I'd made other online supplement purchases in the past month, and also a purchase after the Healthy Planet order, and those orders all shipped within a couple of hours up to 24 hours (or next business day); I logged into my online account with Healthy Planet, so see if there were updates online.
Once logged in I noted my my order stated "on hold"

There was no "Note" explaining why the order was on hold, even though beside on hold, it referred to note.
I immediately tried to call them to find out what was going on, and when I called there was no answer, just a pre-recorded rude, abrupt male voice that stated "WE ARE CLOSED", and this was still early in the afternoon.
After that I sent my 1st email inquiring as to why my order was on hold & hadn't shipped.
All I received back from the email was a canned response indicating my email had been received, and I was directed to canned responses to other situations that were dated 5 months ago, that didn't help my situation.
No one ever emailed back in response to my actual question as to why my order was on hold and hadn't shipped.
Today, Sept 14/20, I called at 12 noon, and was on hold until 12:31 pm, at which time, an abrupt male voice came on the phone & stated no one was available to take my call, please leave a message.
I left a message, but it's now nearly 4 pm, and no one has called back.
I also sent another email stating "URGENT" at 11:53 am this morning, again asking, why my order is on hold and why it hasn't shipped.
Again, I received no response back that answered my question.
It's now 5 days since I placed the order & I received the order confirmation email.
Despite multiple phone & email attempts I've received no response or assistance from anyone from Customer Service in the 5 days since I placed my order, nor has there been any notification that the order has shipped.
This is completely unacceptable for a Province to Province, within Canada order.
In fact, in the past month I've ordered Supplements from Vitamart.ca, NationalNutrition.ca, Well.ca, Capwork Laboratory & Amazon, and with all of those online stores, the email advising that my order has shipped with tracking info, was received within an hour or 2, unless the order was made late at night, in which case, the order shipped first thing the next morning or business day.
In fact, with Vitamart.ca, the order was ordered, shipped & received in 6 days.
I also made 2 orders for supplements this morning, from California, USA based online stores.
The NutiVita order was made at 11:39am, and I received the email advising that it had shipped, with tracking info at 1:31pm today, that's less than 2 hours, in an area of the USA that is very hard hit my Covid, and they can still get items shipped in a couple of hours.
I absolutely do not recommend anyone purchase from this company, they have no customer service whatsoever; no one answers phone calls or emails.
They take your money and you never hear from them again.
I have now started the process of trying to get assistance through the Better Business Bureau"
"Shopper beware.... They refused to accept a return because of covid issue with no options for later on as other companies do. Yet, on their return policy, there is no mention of this new policy.
