"All that extra try are trying to sell is a bunch of crap. If I wanted batteries I would go to Walmart. I don’t eat their Value Plan. I got jerked around so much I inadvertently order something (the value play) that I did not want. The even charged me $9.95 for shipping the piece of paper. After an email alerted me to the situation it toon an hour on hold and talking to two rep to cancel the value plan and get my part ordered. I will hesitate to use Heartland in the future."
