"The tracking number sent to me showed 2 items in 1 box and delivered. Open box and only 1 item with paperwork that says other item was shipped alone. No tracking number, nobody to answer phones to help."

"Several of the items I searched for by catalogue number were not on the site. The catalogue was recent so it is disappointing items were not on available on the website. Not a good business model! "
