"I was very happy with what I paid but then I received an e=mail saying I had overpayed for the shipping. I was refunded the shipping cost and then I received a $10 card to use on my next purchase."

Confusing ordering experience

"When ordering online, searching by the item number in the catalog gave no results, but searching by the name of the product gives a result, but the item number matches only part of the number shown in the catalog. It would be nice if the numbers matched exactly, or just show the relevant number in the catalog."
