"The ordering went fine but looking back on the post purchase paperwork I was not given instructions on how to track my purchase. This has caused some anxiety and I know I need to contact one of your representatives but I am not looking forward to that discussion. "A pair of belts was my first purchase, and very pleasing. So then I tried a pair of shoes, using their size numbers. What received? Way too narrow a shoe. When inquiring, I was told I'd have to pay for return shipping, then pay for restocking, then pay for shipping of a larger size. All said and done, I'd be paying twice the price of the original purchase, and I believe I should not have to pay for any "adjustments".
I won't give up on Heartland, but I'm going to be more cautious.
UPDATE: The phone conversation from them offered to place a credit of some kind, into my account, to compensate for the bad experience described above. It's a day later now, and I'm being asked to write a NEW/UPdated review, when Heartland America has failed to post any credit at all. I'm totally done with this company."

They really want you to join their club for a year, keep offering the deal even after you place your order. Also just found out you can only use one code for $$ off. Either a code you found or the one from the catalog number, not both. Didn't realize that until a rep. called me back. A lot of sites will state that only one code with take. I'm sure they will update this procedure on their site as well as price for their club membership."
