The order arrived via Fedex Ground in perfect condition. The folks at the HeatsinkFactory actually went to the trouble of removing the plain 3-wire tails from the fans and installing the 3-wire tails with plugs for me. This was a nice bit of extra service on their part since I was only charged for parts and not for their installation.
The HeatsinkFactory has a great selection of fans at fair prices. Their service is top-notch.
One suggestion I have for the HeatsinkFactory is to offer USPS Priority Mail as a shipping option. For small packages Priority Mail is actually faster than FedEx Ground shipping."
