"I ordered a Thermalright XP-90 and Artic Silver 5 from here and was very delighted. The package packed and shipped within a day and arrived three days after I ordered it. The package was very tough and sturdy. I pulled the product out and it was in perfect condition, no fins bent, that is until I dropped it accidentally on my own! Everything was included. I'm glad I brought from them because their price for this heatsink was relatively cheaper than, as was the artic silver, than some other online retailers. The only thing that needed somewhat of an improvement was the website. There needs to be a link on every page where I can easily look for things about my account without having to retype in my password. It would also be nice with the tracking number were posted on the order status page of the website so that I didn't have to dig through my e-mail to find it; however, there was a space on the page where it was supposed to be, except that it was blank. Not big problems for me as my computer is protable and I could recheck my e-mail anywhere, but it should still be fixed. Overall I'm a very satisfied customer!"

"I ordered a ThermalRight XP-90, Sunon 92mm Fan, some AS-5, and a pack of screws from HeatsinkFactory. This was to be for my new computer. Little did I know that I had selected the wrong heatsink, and upon receiving it and noticing its size -- the fact had set in, as did the fact that several of the fins of the heatsink were bent quite badly. In an attempt to rectify this, I emailed their support address, and getting no response within a week I decided to try their phone number from the 'Order Shipped' email. There I was met with a recording about business hours, and a blurb about being contacted the next day. I waited a few days, and left another message -- this time during their posted business hours. Doing this 3 more times, I came to the conclusion that I would never be able to exchange or return this heatsink, so it sits here on my desk, in the box. I can't recommend them for their support, but their selection seems good. Packaging leaves a bit to be desired.

The reseller replied below; however, the problems I experienced were well before his 2-week honeymoon (congratulations), as you can see by the dates. Early September is when I ordered, and you were gone some time later. Please, don't try to libel me when you truly were at fault, and didn't even return my calls."

"Well I am changing my review as I just found out that this was delivered 6 days ago, but (since I live on-campus) the horrible people here didn't tell me I had it until today. Even though the shipping was off a bit, it was still fast enough and the problem was taken care of very quickly. I will definetly shop here again.
