" Like most of the other users here, I was really skeptical about ordering from a company I have never heard of before. Even more so when I made a call to customer support late one night and a regular home answering machine picked up (was expecting a more professional answering system), and the next day, I called, and someone answered with a "Hello", then hung up.

Nevertheless, I made the decision to order from them due to all the great comments from this site. :) I purchased a Thermalright SP-94 heatsink, which was not available from "Newegg" or "Tigerdirect" or the other major resellers; but Heatsink Factory had it, and for a really great price!

I placed the order on 24sep03, paid $2 extra for 2 day shipping thru FedEx and received the product on 26sep03. I was expecting to see little dents or a bent heatsink, but everything was in tip top shape.

Will I order again from Heatsink factory? Definitely. Although they seem like a little Mom & Pop store, the have a very professional website with excellent quality products at a great price. Nice Job Heatsink Factory!"

My only real issue was the shipping. I placed my order on 3/14 and had it on 3/19 (5 days!) I think this was too long when compared to other CA resellers like SVC and Googlegear who took about 24 hours and used U.S. mail \ UPS respectively.
