"I ordered a Alpha PAL 8045 through their website. Very pleasant emails confirming order.
When I got the package, I opened it up and found that the product box had been dropped prior to being placed in the shipping box. The Alphas cooling fins were slightly bent. Rather then go through the hassle of returning it (I needed it NOW to fire up my computer), I straightend them myself (GGGGRRRRRRRRR!). What kind of reseller ships a customer obvious damaged product? An un-ethical one. That's my first and only experience with Heatsink Factory and I will NEVER order from them again.

This was my first time ordering from Heatsink factory. I contacted them beforehand with a few questions and they were prompt to reply with an answer. After placing an order with them, I realized that I wanted 2-day air rather than ground. I emailed them and they promptly replied the next morning stating that they would take care of the shipping change. Sure enough 2 days later my product arrived. They even have provided service after the sale.

Their prices are also quite competitive, I was unable to track my order on their website for some reason and it is still listed as pending even though I have my package on my desk. "I give this company an A+ for excellent customer service and speed. I ordered a Thermalright SLK-800 with the 80mm Sunon Ultra High Output fan to use with the cooler. When I received the order on 1/13, the fan was DOA. I emailed Heatsink Factory for an RMA and got response within the hour. What an excellent customer service they have.
They not only offered to send me a new fan, but they do it without asking me to send back the dead fan to them at all. Now, this is what I called a class of its own customer service.
I haven't receive the fan yet (it was supposed to ship earlier today 1/14), but I hope it will arrive soon. For this kind of customer service, I'm a lifetime customer. No ifs or buts.
