Packaging was excellent and I actually got a little more than I bargained for, by getting a power supply for the "extra cold cathode light" which was supposed to be just a light. SO, I have a spare cold cathode power supply now should one of the two in mycase fail.

One of the LEDs on one of the Crytal Fans with Four Blue Leds was bad, but I didn't bother to return it or ask for a refund, so I can't say anything about their returns process."

"I purchased 2 UV Black lights back in September for a micro-ATX LAN rig I was building my son. I received the goods quickly, 3 days from Calif to Mass. and everything arrived in great shape, always use Fed-Ex. I quickly checked the lights to make sure they functioned and put them away til the rig was done. This was compunded by some faulty components that I had to RMA and wait for replacements. I finally got the rig done installed the lights and discovered they weren't Black UV they were Blue I think, very faint color and nothing glowed. I thought great, its been awhile I'm screwed. Not only are my replacements on the way at no charge, I must have caught William, ask for William, just before he headed out the door and he still responded to my RMA in about an hour and he told me to keep the other lights to boot. I checked these guys out here at Resellers before I ordered back in Sept, now I'm glad I did, this is a quality company worthy of your hard earned bucks. Remember ask for William and tell him Szandor sent you."
