I will spare you with the details about my "journey" with my order and will keep it as short as possible.

I ordered a Scythe Ninja heatsink and a Nexus 120 mm fan for my dual-core P4 830 which was a part of my server setup for my office. HeatsinkFactory processed and shipped the items the SAME day! But days later, it seemed like FedEx lost the package because their online tracking system confirmed its delivery, although it definitely didn't arrive at my place!!!

I exchanged plenty of e-mails with HeatsinkFactory to vent my obvious frustrations, especially since I was under time constraints. My e-mails were met with utmost courtesy and professionalism. So, from here a big, big "thank you" to William Gordon who was always there with me along the way. William apologized for the lost package and promised to sent another order via FedEx air.
