"My tracking information was never updated. I sent this to someone as a gift, so I was unable to tell them when to expect it. The ring was advertised as being engraved, and was not. I contacted someone about it, but have yet for them to get in touch with me. I am quite unhappy with the experience."
"Overall, my experience online was great. Once it hit 1 week and I still had not received my product, I contacted customer service who then contacted the store. The store had had my product for 5 days and had not contacted me nor had I received an email. Customer service informed me it was there so I went and picked it up within one day."
"I wish I had known that UPS would be delivering the item, and that no changes were allowed - I could not pre-sign for the order, I could not have the order delivered to a UPS store for me to pick up from later. It had to be someone from my house signing for it, period. The UPS website is a train wreck when it comes to discovering this, that was 45 painful minutes trying to verbally express my 18 digit tracking number to this automated voice that Didn't catch that, and would then explain the dozen places where I might find the tracking number. Infuriating. My UPS driver was able to contact me and we set up a meeting while he was eating dinner. I had to drive probably 30 minutes out of my way to get this done, but I really appreciate the driver, he went above and beyond to help me out of this ridiculous situation. What's the problem with having it delivered to the UPS store for me to pick up?"

"I ordered the incorrect size and the store offered to resize it. I thought it would be quicker to return the ring and order my correct size and have it shipped directly to me since I don’t live close to a helzberg store. But the girl didn’t want me to do that and promised to rush the order. I still have not received my ring. Apparently it was sent to them today and the jeweler sized it to the incorrect size again. So back it goes to get resized. I know it was my fault for ordering the wrong size but if I had cancelled the order and dealt with the website I would have my ring already. Now I won’t receive my ring for another week and a half. It has been a frustrating process because I trusted that the store would do what they said and get it done quickly. This experience has confirmed that online ordering is the best way to go."
