She stated that for sure it should arrive if I paid for express shipping. It did not arrive by then. Also, the delivery driver left the package at my apartment door which I found odd because of the value of the item."

"The overall experience was pretty bad. The order arrived a week after the estimated arrival with me paying the expedited shipping. I still have not received a refund for the expedited shipping that was promised. The person that answered the phone when I called about my order said for the inconvenience they were going to send an “extra” gift with the purchase that never came. Overall especially being a present for my wife for Christmas the ball was dropped in every aspect."
"I buy stuff online all the time and have never had this many problems. I purchased earrings for my mother for Christmas on 11/26/18. The money was taken from my account on 11/27. My expected delivery date was 12/11/18. I received them nearly a month AFTER my expected delivery date. And this was after MANY, MANY phone calls, emails, and messages to your company. I spent hours communicating and getting the run around. This may have partially been your “vendors” fault but you did not handle this well. I was told multiple times I would receive a call or email back from you guys, but never even got that. My mom has bought many nice rings and jewelry from your actual store and never had problems. I am baffled about how terrible my experience was with my purchase online. I will not be buying anything online ever again from your company."
