"I received my item after the initial delivery dated noted at purchase. When I received the item, the chain had a huge knot in it that I cannot remove. The chain is very thin & cheap. I reached out to someone via text to help & they hung up on me mid conversation. I followed up via email & received a case number but am still waiting for someone to get back to me & actually resolve the issue. I am very disappointed all around."
"Website needs to be updated. It wasn’t able to figure out that it was in the store until after my order was placed. I thought my order was going to be shipped to store since that is what I selected. Then during the order process it looked like I was going to be billed for shipping when ship to store was free. I think if i wasn’t familiar with your company I would have made the purchase online since the process wasn’t easy and clear."

"My little tiny bracelet came packaged in a bag inside 2 HD boxes (I understand that is your branding) that we're nestled inside not 1 but 2 excessively large cardboard boxes. I will recycle the packing materials but hope you'll seriously consider significantly reducing your wasteful shipping practices!"

"Great experience and amazing items. The shipping info was a bit confusing. I received an email with 2 of the 4 items I ordered,in 1 email so I assumed they were arriving together but they didn't. Also my info said everything was coming via UPS but 1 of them arrived from FedEx. So a few minor issues with the shipping but other than that,very exceptional."

"When I received my bracelet from my husband for Christmas I was excited to say the least. However, I put it on and a short time later noticed it was hanging off my arm. The latch wasn’t latching and the little safety clip didn’t stay clipped. Soo... I was totally bummed I couldn’t wear it u til I took it back. The closest store is over an hour away. I just had a knee replacement so my daughter had to drive me. The lady at the store was friendly. She went in and made some adjustments on it then brought it out to me. I put it on and the latch still didn’t latch. I asked if I could trade it for another one. She said “I don’t have another one” and I said yes you do. There’s one in the case. So she said oh yeah. That’s fine. I talked to her then about another safety and she explained the extended warranty to me. So when I got my home and told my husband, he called and ordered the warranty."
"The shopping experience as usual was great and was satisfied with the purchase. The part that I was NOT happy with was getting a different shipping date from UPS which then in turn made my wifes Christmas gift a gigantic shipping odeal and her not receiving the gift on Christmas as planned. It was maddening how the shipping service could not fully locate or take into account where my package was. UPS was no good.Blue McNiel a representative of Helzberg was an absolute angel and amazing at her job, we talked throughout the entire shipping process and her updating me on status or trying to find accurate information from UPS. She took the time and care while going above and beyond which made me feel at ease and fully understood my anger with UPS. I could go on and on about how perfect she was and restored faith in customer representatives for me. Please know you have a gem of a worker there and her name is Blue McNiel. I hope you guys personally thank her for me. My wife also thanks her"
