"The ordering experience was easy, the problem came when I contacted customer service and it was outsourced. They were VERY rude. I called a local store and was able to get an internal customer service phone number and had the pleasure to deal with Blue McNeil. She’s awesome. She got everything fixed. Then the store that was supposed to ship my order, didn’t. Blue however worked it out for me to pick it up, all while being the MOST polite and friendly rep I have ever dealt with, with any company. She made sure that I had my item before Christmas, like originally promised. She then sent me a gift card for all the hassle. I have never dealt with a rep so caring before. She completely turned a horrible experience into an amazing one. I hope you guys know what a great employee she is and give her the recognition deserved!"

"Love Helzberg and have been a loyal customer for years. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and my 7-year anniversary was on 31 December. I ordered the product on 27-28 December and selected NEXT DAY delivery because the site stated the estimated arrival would be ON 31 December, my actual anniversary; which would have been perfect. However, the product did not arrive until 02 January, 2 days AFTER my anniversary. I’m not sure if the hiccup was on Helzberg or UPS, but I was extremely displeased with the service regarding the shipping and timing of the arrival. The easy answer is to order the product earlier, but again, I am deployed and opportunities don’t always present themselves here, given the circumstances and inconsistent internet connections. Helzberg I’m heneral has always been a pleasure to shop, in person, but I will likely never use online services again."
