"I've ordered from HerRoom before and had no issues. This last time I ordered a couple of nightgowns that didn't fit, so I sent them back and ordered a different couple of gowns. The return went through okay, but I never received the replacement gowns. When I called customer service two weeks later, they told me that the gowns were shipped to an old address (that I'd moved away from over 3 years ago, and which I hadn't used with them in a couple of orders since) and that I could either pay for the additional shipping or a fee to return the gowns to their inventory. I exploded! As I wasn't even aware that the old address still existed on the website, and the just previous order had arrived to to the correct address, this was their mistake! And they wanted to charge me for it? How arrogant! After wrangling with customer service they finally agreed to resend them out to me. But 2 weeks later they still hadn't arrived. When I called again, they STILL HADN'T SHIPPED them. The Agent said they'd needed approval from some department, so she put me on hold for less than 2 minutes while she got approval. They couldn't have done that in the previous 2 weeks? I finally did get the gowns a week later, but I can't help wondering if I'd hadn't called, would they have EVER sent them out? I am DONE with HerRoom, and will never order from them again!"

"I am a new size after breastfeeding. The sizing tools on this website are great, not completely accurate but put me know the right path. Hard to find on the website though. Placed my first order and the size was wrong for me (but close thanks to the sizing tools) sent back all the bras and placed a 2nd order with the new correct size. Had to pay for return shipping, return processing took forever (6 days longer then they said it would). 1 return was then refused. This was the 1 item I opened but never put on. They denied the return for a musty smell even though I returned all the bras in the same bag none of the other products where denied. I reached out to ask about the refusal took them 8 more days to respond. Long and short of it is I won't be placing orders with them anymore. I can find the same bras at better websites with better return policies and less back and forth."

Because it had been a month since PLACING the order, they would not let me exchange the wrong sized item for the correct size. It was the suppliers issue, but very frustrating since there was no “out of stock” notice when I placed the order. I returned 3 of them as they arrived - on 2/18, 3/23 and 4/04. I have not received refunds for any of them."
