HerRoom is fraud company

"They send wrong items and when you return the items, they claim that they didn’t receive it back thus no refund. Beware of this seller. They are frauds."

Return Policy The Customer is Always a Liar

"Review written about my wife's order and experience. Ordered two bras and a pair of **** October 5. It took over six weeks to get them. Order received order November 20, I tried on the bras they did not fit. She immediately returned the bras on November 23. They did not respond to the return until December 8. They said they would not refund the money on one bra because it was stained and torn. This was totally impossible as it had only been tried on and neither bra fit so I immediately sent both of them back. If it was damaged or stained in any way they sent it to me in that condition. They offer absolutely no proof of this damage and customer service is powerless to help as she told me "managment does not allow escalation on this type of complaint" Yes, it is only $52.00 for one bra and it is at the perfect price point that it isn't worth the hassle to contact the credit card company. My wife has bought from this company off and on for several years but never had to return anything. Needless to say we will not order anything from them ever again. They have 22% 2 star or less ratings on Amazon and are no longer a seller there for a reason."

Fraudulent on return policies

"I have ordered in the past but never made a return. I returned a swimsuit that was too small and they are rejecting my refund due to saying excess dead skin. I tried it on, took it off and returned it.

I wish I had read some of the other reviews about returns before I ordered. Other reviewers have given poor ratings because of fraudulent claims by this company about the returned merchandise.

I would like to give it less than one star and suggest that no one purchase from them since if the item does not work due to size they will not refund the money. I will tell all my friends and community groups about the poor business practices of this company.

If I could give less than one star, I would.

"If I could give less than one star, I would. I bought a bathing suit, I returned it as I ordered another one, without trying on. It came with deodorant stained armpits and they have the audacity to tell me they will not credit me back because of this, which it was sent to me that way. DO not do business with them, I will never again. I will bad mouth them as much as I can. They are a despicable company."

Their "stain" game

"I ordered five items from this company. When they arrived, I quickly determined that I didn't like four of them, and the fifth item I wanted to exchange for a different size. Then a few weeks later, I got an email saying that there were stains on two items. My choice was to donate the items or pay another $10 a piece to have the items returned to me. These two items that had "stains" totaled $100.
I have ordered items online many, many times and have returned many items. Never have I been accused of staining anything. I think this is a game they play with their customers. If you order from this company, you also could be a victim of their game. Stay away from HerRoom.
And I agree with the other reviewer, customer service didn't care about losing a customer. I even told her I would be writing a review online, and she didn't care about that either.

Delayed delivery, but not HerRoom's fault.

"I had ordered from Her Room a couple of times before and always had got great service and was able to find the bras I love but are not in stores.

It took a month to get here, and Her Room kept sending me emails to let me know where they were in the process. This time one of the bras that I ordered was on back order from the supplier, and it took some time for it to come in so they could complete my order. What that meant to me is that that bra is wanted by the public and the makers should be happy they have a hit. Like I said, I love that Her Room stocks bras that I like but can't find in stores.

Bad fit

"I spent 45 minutes getting advice in what size bra to buy. It came in humongous. I knew the size sounded huge but trusted the chat. She did tell me there were returns available but forgot to tell me it would cost me. So I spent 6 dollars to try on a bra. I won't buy from here again because ultimately it costs me to shop. How many more try ons would it take to get the right fit? I'd rather spend 6 dollars in gas and go to a store to try on all I want.
I gave away the sports bra and returned the regular bra. This was a costly test.
Also, I ordered 9/25 and received it on 10/1. The website says I received it the day I ordered it... 9/25. Which is impossible.

One small problem

"Just received my order today and only have one issue. Herroom gave me a tracking # for DHL and it gave the same information the entire time. There were no updates between TX and GA and none after GA. A better tracking system and shipping system would improve service (10 days from order to delivery) But as for the Wacoal Maven sports bra, I tried it on and left it on. LOVE IT. It runs a bit smaller than other sport bras ( I had 2 others I had purchased from another seller that the 38DD was too big) but this one was perfect. Thank you!"

delayed order

"I ordered 6 pairs of ****. Apparently one of the colors was out of stock so they held up the whole order. After several weeks, I called them to see what the hold up was and was told of the one color not in stock. At that point I asked if I couldn't get the others and I was told they could do a partial shippment. Why did I have to ask for it. The order should have been processed partially without my having to call."

good fit bra

"I placed 2 orders that day and I am not certain which order this survey is referring to. The first bra that arrived fits well. The only thing I did not realize is that it has to be handwashed. But that is not a big problem; so I'm not returning it.
For the second order I made that day and which I have also received, the bra fits perfect. I plan to order more.
