I ordered a bra based off of the size chart you have listed and have paid for shipping 2xs now for the first bra that was way too big and the return/exchange only to receive a empty box on my exchange. When I messaged in what I thought would be a simple replacement situation because I have never had a lost package or anything I was told management had to approve my issue and I would hear something by end of business on Monday/today.
Guess what, I have not heard a word from anyone today. So at this point I am out shipping x2 and the cost of my bra and have no bra to show for it. And it looks like I am not getting any resolution at this point.
I am fixing to place a large order of bras and am really questioning whether to keep my business with a company who values my business so little! Needless to say I am extremely disappointed!

"customer service is difficult to get ahold of and don't help the customer much if at all. I spent nearly $300 on a purchase that shows as delivered that i never got. i tried to work it out via the merchants customer service, and via PayPal. They apparently think I'm running some sort of lingerie scam. I now have escalated a claim via PayPal, and will get my bank involved if need be for a refund. if their package arrives at some point (now 5 days late!) i'll return it unopened. meanwhile i placed the exact same order with another company. I will never purchase from her room again. "

"I purchased 3 very expensive bras and received a 10% off code. I paid through PayPal and when I was sent back to the her room.com page, there was no where to input the code. Admittedly, I may have missed it, but I e-mailed customer service twice and requested they honor the code. All I got back was an automated response. I finally called and was told they could not apply the code. One would think when you place an order for over $400, you would be shown a small courtesy. I will never shop there again."
"Her Room bras. I bought 2 bras, they were expensive. One was okay. The other when I put it on, it felt okay right at first, but after wearing a while discovered it cuts hard under my arm. I was out and had to leave on all day but was very chafed at the end of the day. Called Her Room next day and was informed i could not return it. Will never buy from them again, and suggest that you don’t either.
If you have a problem, which can only be determined by wearing product, they will not accept a return."
