"The website will allow you to ship to an address other than the billing address on the credit card but when the order is processed it will reject. Orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. Also if you pay for expedited shipping if like i did Over Night items will not ship the same day if the order is received after 11:00 am eastern. Looking at your order here I do not see that a return label was created here for you. On any shipping error we are more than happy to pay for the shipping back to us with a pre-paid shipping label emailed to you, but I do not see this was requested. When the item was returned back to our warehouse the SKU on the product was SL1642-2XCOVER the exact same one that was ordered. This may have been mis-labeled by the manufacture directly if it was the wrong item.
If contacted we would have been more than happy to replace the item with the item wanted, but I see a refund was requested immediately with no chance to redeem this here for you. Generally a restocking fee is charged for any refund, (If a replacement is available, as we are more than happy to fix the problem) but we have waived this for you.
