"2 BEHRINGER B215XL PRO AUDIO DJ 15" SPEAKER PAIR GEMINI XGA-2000 AMP $75 CABLES I have to admit that at first I was hesitant having read negative feedback, but honestly communication is the key to satisfaction with this company. I ordered on the 6th of April (easter weekend) and was surprised that with the order being divided into several packages I got them all by the 12th of April. It was packaged well and exactly as described, what a great deal. It was not only affordable, it is top of the line equipment and definitely will not disappoint! Raw power lots of low end, I just can't believe I'm getting this sound out of two monitors. I play a professional set of drums and they project serious sound and these compete without any trouble. I can practice to them play live with them and dj my own family events. Extremely compact and light weight yet durable high impact plastic enclosures. The power amp is perfect for the speakers it wont blow them if you know how to set it all to not clip. The cables are 12 gauge and durable speakon connectors. I immediately set them up and put them to my own test of endurance of four hours non stop and no problem. The next day, still just like new. Now four days later sounds like I just unwrapped them. Set up is important for them to endure, know what you're doing as with any equipment. As a pro musician I will tell you, once you know how, then you are only as good as your equipment. By the best at an intermediate price, it's a no brainer. Also purchased NEW BEHRINGER NOX202 PRO AUDIO DJ 2 CHANNEL USB INTERFACE MIXER $50 XLR CABLES, what else can be said? with a name like Behringer you wont go wrong. I only needed one channel mixer for practice purposes and have most of the material sent over the web, with usb input I find headache free access to all material, and can learn without alot of time wasted. It works for me and looks cool with all my other gear. The extra channel I would find use for it definitely when dj'ing private parties etc. Love the professionalism of the co. HiFi-Sound, you ROCK and will be doing more business with you again for the full setup."

"I just recently bought a factory radio off of HiFiSoundconnection.com for my Cadillac. It comes with a anti theft lock system on it. Tech. support was no help other than telling me to call a Cadillac dealership and pay an additional costs to have them unlock it for the radio to work. Called two dealerships around me and they said they don't unlock radios that aren't purchased from them. And another dealership that wants 135$ just to unlock if you install the radio yourself. 81.70(factory radio)+ 135(to unlock radio)= 216.70(I'm going to be paying now because of HiFiSounds.com)I wouldent have bought this radio if I knew it was going to cost me this much hassle and money.I should have went somewhere else."
"I will say that all issues are resolved at this time, but it was a bit of an ordeal to get the whole order fulfilled. I would like to offer some suggestions for this company, like maybe linking your "Out of stock" information to your inventory system. When I look at items and come across two conditions, a green button with "Buy" and a red unclickable button with "Out of Stock", means to me that if it's green, then you have them available to ship... not to mention if an item isn't in inventory when you ship everything else, maybe notify the customer of an additional shipment waiting to process and some tracking info... even though I did finally get the shipment that I was waiting on for two weeks, I had no tracking number sent to me so I was preparing for more CSR wrangling. All in all took from 3/26 to 4/11. Maybe in time I'll give them a try again, they do have incredible prices... but there are others who have similar prices and much better shipping and/or inventory control. *cough Darvex *cough *cough"

"They completely ripped me off. Substituted cheap product for what I paid for, when I complained they refused to do anything and started blocking my calls. After getting postal service involved, they agreed to a refund. I returned the product, they never sent a refund and blocked my phone so I couldn't call them. They ignored all correspondance. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
AFter posting this review, I was contacted by HiFiSoundConnection and my refund was sent to me via PayPal in under 8 hours. I am pleased to say this issue has finally been resolved. It looks like management will do better in the future."

We apologize the dealership was charging you those prices, however we do not have any control over that. We specifically state in the description of our used radio's that they may need to be programmed at the dealership. As well it is listed in our FAQ list on radio's as well. We do recommend calling the dealership to determine the total charge of the programming.
Any radio you purchased, whether through us or another seller, you would still encounter the same problem. Once you take a radio out of a vehicle it will trigger the Anti-theft mechanism. This can only be removed by the dealership for anti-theft purposes. As they will not allow anyone but themselves to have the code, for obvious reasons. This is why our techs do not have these codes.
We apologize if there is no dealership around you who will charge less, however please understand that any radio will encounter the same issue. It is just the programming built into it.
