2002 f250 box and alpine wst10

"Don't know why all the bad reviews this is the only company that I use for car audio. Shipping is fast and always arrives 2 days after purchase. I've had to do some warranty issues before and customer service was excellent. what I paid for the whole set up was cheaper than speakers alone on other website. This place is awesome and I'll continue to purchase products from them.."

"I ordered a dual 12" downfire subwoofer enclosure for my 88-98 gmc extended cab. Decently priced, and looked like a decently built box. It is advertised as sealed, and having 7 layers of spray on bed liner. The first box I recieved was absolutely crushed. Several unsealed seams, and I upgraded packing to have corner guards. I recieved the box two days later, and the packing box looked like it was drug down the road for a mile, and it had no corner guards. I called them, they hung up on me several times. Then when I finally got through to who they referred to as a supervisor, they said they would ship me a new one, and guaranteed it to be packed properly. Here I am four days later. I recieved the new box, and when i opened the shipping box, still no corner guards. It was separated in the exact same places, and one of the risers were busted. I filed a complaint with the BBB last thursday, and they have replied once. I'm still waiting for another reply, but i would definitely not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company. It is obvious that they show no respect to their customers and take no pride in their merchandise. I spent well over 100 bucks on the speaker box, and would have been a frequent customer, because i am installing audio equipment in multiple vehicles. I spoke to the ups man when he delivered the item I recieved today, and he guaranteed to me that he had my box strapped to the wall on blankets to prevent damage, so it got damaged in transit from another driver, or it was damaged from the warehouse. I will never do business with them again, and I will be contacting whoever I have to to make sure they get the reprimand that they deserve. If they took pride in their product, they might have actually had a full time customer. This business is sorry. They sell junk, and even if they sell high end equipment, they ship it carelessly and then file complaints with UPS, because not only do they recieve the customers money, but they also recieve the same amount from UPS to replace the damaged product. They are shady, and do it on purpose to take advantage of the consumer, and the delivery company. It's sad. Do not purchase anything from this company! You will be treated like garbage, and they take advantage of the situation."

"Was one of the few places that made it easy to find the exact pet I needed. My old radio harness plugged in perfectly with this adapter and it was super simple to wire the radio to the adapter with the instructions. Thanks a lot."

Don't believe it when they say it is a OEM replacement

"Website said speakers were OEM replacement for factory ones I was removing for 1992 Chevy s 10. Not only did the frame not fit on the factory support, the speaker base was much deeper than the one I was replacing and would not fit into the dash. Was issued a RMA only to find out they were sticking me with a 20% restock fee. I can understand 5 or 10% maybe, but not 20% when they know that there products do not fit OEM specs."

These people are crooks! Don't go near them.

"I went on their website to order speakers what a major mistake that was! They sent the wrong ones and when I returned them they wouldn't reimburse me for my shipping costs to return them. I'm telling you folks these people are bad news and you will get ripped off make no mistake about it. Stick with Amazon, Ebay or Best Buy but do not buy from these people. "

Hifi Sound stole $200 from me. That's the bottom line.

"I bought 2 sets of speakers from hifisound and they only shipped one set. I spent DAYS emailing back and forth and sending pictures of what they sent me so they could see the actual shipping container which very well proved that I only received one set. They refused to send the second set and so far have NOT refunded my money. I'm furious after so many days of haggling with them over something that is a blatant misrepresentation on their part. DO NOT RISK your money with this company. I checked the Better Business Bureau website and this company is on their black list. I wish I had researched them before I ordered. Learn from my mistake. "

No response to my emails

"I ordered a set of speakers that turned out to be 70 watts. When I removed the old ones, I realized they were 20 watts. Realizing that there would be a $20 restocking fee, I emailed the company last week to ask for a refund. Yesterday I followed up with another email. Still no response. In this day and age, I expected at least a generic response saying they would get back to me in a specified timeframe. But no, Further, when I tried to call their 1-877 number this morning, the response at the other end was a company trying to sell me a medical alert device!! This is not a company I would ever do business with again."

Received damaged item! They will not give refund!

"A vinyl record case was purchased from this company in the amount of $89.99. Upon receiving the item, both clapse were broken, therefore making the vinyl record case unusable. The item was purchased through Ebay and shipping was prompt, however, the item received was damaged. After calling the company customer service department, they directed me to email them with the item number and pictures of the item. I did this and received an email back stating that they would provide a partial refund of $5.00. ARE YOU SERIOUS?????????! They then told me the partial refund was for me to have the item "fixed" locally. I requested a full refund and they then responded saying they would give me $15 instead of $5. This was a case amounting to $89.99 and they only want to give me $15.00 for it when I told them if they would provide me with the shipping label, I would be more than happy to return the item to them at their cost (since they sent me a damaged item) and expected a full refund. They now will not get back to me. I called the customer service department once again, they asked me if the $15.00 refund was okay with me? I said "absolutely not! I want to return the item at your cost and receive a full refund." They put me on hold and after 10 minutes hung up the phone."

They had just what I was looking for.

"The stereo receiver/CD player in my 2009 Kia Spectra was broken and I wanted a replacement that was inexpensive and easy to install. A google search led me to HiFi Sound Connection, where I found a used one that was exactly the same as the one I needed to replace, for a fraction of the price, and free shipping. The many one-star reviews of this company made me leery, but I decided to give them a try anyway, and I'm glad I did. Package was delivered on time, and packaged well. A perfect fit and everything works and sounds good. My experience with this company has been all good, and I recommend them."

Blown Subwoofer

"I ordered 2 10" box with 2 10" kicker comp subs, got them received withing 3 days of ordering which was great for free shipping. Packaging was terrible, theres a corner on the sub box that is completely broke off. Also 1 sub was completely BLOWN, it had major coil rub. Once you pushed the sub down it STAYED down. I then called customer service and was told I cant get a new sub until the blown one is sent back. But I HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS??? Are you serious? They said they will not reimburse me for those shipping costs either. So not only did I pay 230$ for subs and sub box, I also have to pay to ship equipment back because it is JUNK. I dont know how the sub is blown when on their website it says this product is "BRAND NEW". I am a very unhappy customer. As for HIFI SOUND CONNECTION YALL **** DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM."
