"This was my first time buying from HIFI Sound Connection. They had the LOWEST price.
I had a question, so I emailed them (at 1am) and had an answer by 11am!
Then I needed advice, called them up (had to wait 2 min. on hold, but that's not bad!) and got all the info I needed.
I'll be shopping their again.

They sent the wrong product and now refuse to take it back. All they are willing to do if offer less than half the product price in a refund. Will not pay for shipping or any other charges incured by me.
It seems simple to me, I bought a product, I expect the product I ordered. Why should I have to pay for something I did not order?
Customer service is a joke. I asked for an escalation to management and they will not do it.
Very, very, frustrated.

I'm am left with having to return the product with my cost and dispute the purchase to get this issue resolved. But when it comes tto asking for a positive feedback, the E-mails are instant.
