"I purchased a Kicker CVX12 CVX Sub Car Stereo 12 Inch Dual 4 ohm 1500W Subwoofer from Hifisoundconnection and should have headed the bad reviews I had read before doing so. The speaker came in late and used as contrary advertised as brand new. I returned it for a shallow mount speaker which cost 79 dollars cheaper than the returned speaker. It took two full months for the shippment to arrive. No refund for the difference was ever made, inspite of my several emails. I was contacted by a certain Tony who told me he couldn't do anything about my predicament. I am ashamed we have people doing business like this in this day in age. Goodluck trying to even reach someone over the phone.

"I bought a sub box for my 83 chevy single cab that i put my own bucket seats and center arm rest in ,needless to say there is not much room behind the seats, the measurements that were listed matched up with what i had but it looked like it was going to be tight then the box arived only a couple days later and the measurements were on it fit perfect i couldent have asked for anything more.Thanks!"

"Hi fi sound is a good source for many great deals and low prices. When looking for audio equipment hi fi sound has quick and friendly service. Wish the website was a little better organized but overall the prices are good. Shipping cost are high considered the way my box and my subs were delivered they were shipped in there original boxes just taped shut so by the time I received them the boxes were beat up and one sub was exposed. I wasn't happy but the speaker seemed to work fine. "
