"I replaced my 22 year old stock HD speakers with the Bazooka MCC4002 4" Motorcycle Speakers. They fit perfectly and sound so much better than the old ones. Much fuller range of bass and treble in such a small speaker. I would highly recommend these speakers for the price and quality."
"Order was for a Radio for my 2004 Chevrolet Colorado. I didn't have a part number so went by description and the picture. The radio received was apparently the same, except tag said it was from a 2002 Monte Carlo. The description said, quote: "Chevy 2003-2007 CD Cassette Player With RDS (Radio Data System). Radio was installed and the dealer attempted to program it to the truck...without success, saying that their program wouldn't match it to my truck. HiFi Sound Connection refuses to allow a return or exchange, saying that there could be no return if the part number wasn't correct. For a company that claims to value good customer relations, It is surprising that they would have such a hard-nosed attitude, especially when the description of the radio they had for sale was obviously misleading.

Interesting response. Should we now add lying to the list of poor customer relations of this company? I had email exchanges with their "Technical Specialist, Tony", on 9-3, 9-8 and on 9-13 specifically(as requested in their response)asked for an RA. I have had no response to that last request. My advice is that you be careful if you elect do business with them. "

"I ordered a part for a 2004 Nissan and when it arrived, the part was incorrect for my model year. I sent and email as instructed with my issue and explained the problem. They replied saying the part would work. I then sent another email explaining the part manufacturer website says that it is not compatible, but I will try as long as I have assurances that I can return for a full refund. They replied again saying it would work and that I could return the part if it did not work. I took apart my entire dash, and of course, it did not work.
