I made a mistake when I ordered my speakers online. I realized it after I ordered and tried to contact the company to get it straightened out before the order went through. I could not get anyone at the company no matter which line I tried, could not even get a live person in sales. My order arrived promptly, I tried calling the company again also emailing, someone emailed me back said in a short note to get a hold of "Tech" to get an RA# but didn't say how, I tried leaving phone messages no response I emailed again got the same answer get a hold of tech, finally got a hold of Tim via email however it was like I was speaking a different language? I would never get an answer to my question or request. Meanwhile I get multiple emails from this company stating if you are not happy with our service we will fix it just let us know. I emailed the company three times stating in the header Unhappy customer and send it high priority, and get a reply "This is Tim whats your question?" It was in the email I sent.
At this point I have returned the speakers wanting to do an exchange for the correct ones but that has not happened because Tim did not understand that and I have not heard anything since. I am just going to order my correct speakers from someone else and if I ever get a refund then I guess I should be happy. Its obvious I would never refer or use this company again, actually I wonder if it is a real company?"

"To be fair I need to review this item that I ordered from HIFI sound connection.It was the first time that I ordered through this vendor. I was urged by a friend of mine to try them out.There prices are the lowest by far.So on recomdation from a friend I placed my first order.Invoice #7748419 a Diamond Audio D6 1000.2 amp.with shipping I paid a total of 262.99.Thats over 300 dollars lower than the closest compeditor. I mean 300 bucks. Thats a lot of cash that I savedI have looked online and at a Diamond Audio dealer its like 1000 plus.So that being said amp arrived promptly was installed a few days latter in a customers truck and has functioned flawlessly up to this point.Like all Diamond Audio products they are consevatively rated.My customer could not have been happier. I dont know about his neibors as you could hear him from almost 2 blocks away. A 1000 watt amp with a 20 farad cap and 1 15 inch MTX 9500 in a MTX hammer box.I felt that I needed to write this review . I wrote a fairly negative review on a product that I ordered after the amp.But to be fair an honnest I needed to include this one.I also must add that since my first review. HIFI SoundConection.Praticallary Ben has gone out his way to make my second order right.So in closing I had one order go perfect and one well not so perfect. But wait.I do believe the UPS truck is coming down the road right now.Yes here it comes. 5 minutes later. I have recieved the replacement speakers for my first order. They are as Ben promised. I have tried them out on the Headunit that I have on my bench that I use to try all speakers out on before installing them.(I learned the hard way after 20 years as an installer try them before installing them)They sound perfect case closed"
