"-I placed an order for TMA Speakers over three weeks ago. HiFi Sound Connection took my money three days later after placing my order, but never sent me anything stating that my shipment was on back order. I had to email the company about something that should be clearly stated, like how other companies will let you know..
-Horrible customer service, it is easier to get information from a cat than them. I have emailed HiFi Sound Connection 3 times. The first two responses I received from them were form emails, and the third time I got one back had no information to give me except that they don't know what is going on with my order. I have called twice and left messages both times but have not received a call back.
-After three weeks I have still not received any information on the status of my order.

"This has to be the worst online audio site ever! I have been waiting on my JL subs for over 10 days and they still can't give me a tracking #. I have called well over 40 times and got someone on the line twice! If the sales department won't answer then who would (think about it)? My wife spoke with tom earlier today, he informed her that they still did not have the product yet my card was charged on Nov. 12 2009. He then hung up on her when she requested to cancel the order. I received an email today stating they can't cancel the order because they say i'm going to get my subs. I might get them by xmas. Do yourself a favor and order from Crutchfield! At least they don't have 276 complaints with the BBB! Look it up."

"The service I received from HIfiSoundconnection was sub par to a hot dog stand. First I order my item and waited over a week for delivery (note I selected 3 day shipping) and finally called them up and apparently the item was back ordered. Someone should have called me, they had my information. So when I got them on the phone they said that they would refund the shipping for me (which has still not happened to this day)I have been calling and leaving messages but no one has responded. I even left an so called "manager" my information and in over a month no one has called me back, and it took over two weeks to get my item. I am a reasonable person, it would have been a different story if someone had called me, and someone would even pick up the phone once in a while, or even return my calls. All in all DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You get what you pay for, you get a cheap item price, but in return you get POOR customer service. "

"Although I received the material ordered very promptly and in good shape, I was a little surprised to pay about $9.00 for shipping and handling of a $1.25 item. However, I understand the cost of doing business, and therefore was glad to be able to purchase the item I needed without having to spend an additional $20 to buy stuff I didn't need (those vendors with minimum purchase requirements to offset the cost of doing business).
Bottom line - thanks for having the stuff I need available.

"Purchased a set of Kicker speakers online thru eBay from HiFiSoundconnection because they were the cheapest and shipping was free.So with that combination you would think there would be a catch but to my surprise there wasn't.
I took delivery of the speakers in two working days and the box was new never opened and the product worked just as described and above my expectations.

"Ordered a pair of Subs on October 12th. Called a week later to ask why the order had been processed and paid for but still not shipped. The service rep Darren, asked for my invoice number said to hold on a second and then hung up and blocked my phone number. Called back from another line as the one now just recieved busy signals, but no answer. Called a couple days later and service rep Ben did the same thing, phone number blocked. I then emailed asking what the deal was and got a generic response that the order would be drop shipped from another location. I asked when and if I Would receive a tracking number. All he replied with was "yes". Called yet a week after that and got another phone number blocked after inquiring on my order status. It's now been a month since I've placed my order. I have no subs, 3 phone numbers blocked and they have my money.
It's not a coincidence as this has happened to many people who've had similar experiences with Hifisoundconnection.
I have not yet taken action upon filing claims against them with the credit card company, BBB, internet Crime Complaint Center, the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office, and the Nixa, MO local police department in hopes that I could just get what I've paid for but the patience is wearing thin. I'm Giving it one more week before doing so, a month and a half is an absurd amount of time to wait for an order. Just give me the items I want and paid for?

At no point in time was there any mention of the items being out of stock. In fact, I have email confirmations saying that the items would be shipped out. I was never offered any explanation, refund, or store credit, and have yet to receive any sort of reinbursement. I haven't made any sort of threats or even said anything negative until posting on this reviewboard. When I first initially called I simply asked whether you guys were going to get around to shipping what I ordered or if I should get a refund and order from someone that would, that was more than a week after you received payment.
Despite whatever you say, I have no reason to lie, you do. I never spoke in an unprofessional manner before being silenced. Unfortunately for you, you cannot simply hangup and block people from posting negative reviews based on the accurateness of their experiences with your "company". My post here was to attempt to reach a means to an end and either get my money back or what I ordered. If and when I receive the refund I will edit my post accordingly.

"First of all let me say that Kicker, rockford fosgate, alpine, and all the other well known woofers like that can't hold a match to any of the hifonics woofers. I've over the past few months put 5 12" hifonics subwoofers in my single cab ford ranger (yes i said 5 in a single cab). No one with 10s, 12s, or 15s are louder then I am. I go to comps every chance I get and have won everytime. My 12s are not even broke in yet or have enough watts on them and I am already winning.
