"My initial purchase was good, they shipped my order quicky and it was cheap. But after I had a problem with my product, I shipped it back for a replacement. It has been 1 whole month since I have shipped it back and have still not received my replacement. They dont always respond to my emails that I send to try to resolve my problem.

"I would be glad to submit a review. This was my second order and I recieved the amplifier that I ordered with damage to the speaker wire terminals. It was delivered in the orignial manufacturers box and looked pretty beat up. I thought this was unusual since the first order I recived from you was boxed nicely with plenty of padding. I emailed you 3 times on 3 consecutive days to get a return authorization number with no reply. I then called and finally got to speak with someone who told me he would start a damage claim through UPS and that a new amp would be sent the next day on what I thought was good faith on your part. I missed the UPS guy the next day so I figured I would wait until I got my new amp to take the damaged one down to the UPS terminal to ensure that I at least had something incase a new one wasn't sent. After a week I emailed you to see if the new amp had shipped as I hadn't recieved it yet and I was told that the shipping damage claim had to be approved first which wasn't communicated to me when I spoke with you on the phone. I then dropped off the damaged amp and a week and a half later, today, I got the new amp. I placed the order for this amp on the second of January and recieved it undamaged on the fifth of February. I understand that the shipping damage was not your fault but I think you could do better job communicating with your customers. I tried calling and emailing multiple times regarding this issue, at least 10, with no response or I was unable to leave a message because the inbox was full. Since this order I have ordered one more time, my third from you, and I recieved it with no complications. I will likely order from you in the future but better communication is needed. All in all, It took four weeks longer than it should have for me to get what I ordered. I think your website is very usable and I like the variety of products you sell, especially the prices."
"Wow. What a BS reply. This response was quicker than the messages and emails I have sent directly to HiFI Sound.
Would you like me to cut and paste copies of the emails that I have sent you with date stamps attached? I never moved. You didn't listen. The item was a gift shipped to Grand Parents for Christmas. It was damaged, UPS picked it up at my house not Grand Parents. You shipped it back to Grand Parents not my house. Even after I watched the tracking number called and emailed the day it was delivered back to you, explaining Where to ship replacement. You still screwed up......Shipped it to Grand Parents. I had to arrage shipping from there. It was lack of communication and effort that was the problem no one moved.
They are the worst online retailer that I have tried to do business with. I have yet to get a phone call. The first shipment was damaged. You ingnored my request to pick it up at my home. When you did finaly pick it up. I sent numerous e-mails detailing the shipment of the replacement. One of your replies stated that you would adhere to my request. But guess what. You did not. You shipped the wrong item to the wrong address. I had to arange additional deliver for the item at my expense. 420 miles later I get the item and to no avail it is incorrect. Now as of 2/5/09 I have yet to get a call or email on how to correct the problem..... I suppose I am just writing this transaction off as a loss and purchasing again closer to home....... "

I am sorry your product was damaged. We did include FREE shipping insurance for you order so you were protected at no cost or effort to you. We then instructed you that you need to start the claim with UPS per their policy. Once this is done we shipped you another item right away. You had moved in the meantime and failed to inform us so your package was delayed further. I really dont understand what we did wrong here for you. We....
1) Gave you Free insurance to cover you if something happened. (It did)
2) Helped you with the claim
3) Sent another item (you moved and did not inform us
4) We worked with you to get package to you again.
I am sorry you had all this troble but we did everything possible to help you. I am sending you a PM as well to make sure this is 100% resolved.

"I am happy to have gotten my cable I ordered. However when it had not arrived after a month it was difficult to get ahold of anyone for assistance. Using the toll free number I would get told to use email for faster service. I went for over a week without an answer to email so I called in repeatedly until I got a live person instead of the voicemail (which didn't lead to a callback). My cable got reshipped by UPS and arrived shortly after."

It took you one week to send the product to us, then one week transit time, then one week back to you.
